12 Assessment & Accountability Campus Collaboration 12 Work collaboratively with Campus Testing Coordinator to ensure training, support, security guidelines, and campus systems for all local, state, and federal assessments in accordance with TEA and district guidelines. Work with campus testing coordinators to ensure student s needs in relation to testing is communicated, documented, and routinely and effectively used in the classroom and during all testing environments. Be visible during testing and test training. Ensure training is taken seriously by all staff members and that staff members understand the consequences for security violations. Have systems in place to support PLCs, administrators, and staff members in analyzing data routinely to guide instruction and campus decisions. Create, update, and incorporate CEIC committee on campus to drive your campus decisions, and Campus Improvement Plan. Complete systems check in Plan4Learning with your CIP four times annually (Oct. Jan. Mar. June). Organize and implemented process for campus Community Engagement documentation - binder given to you with format in August and collected for community and district scoring in May. Follow SSI guidelines and procedures. Have AIP in place for all students that did not pass a STAAR assessment per TEC Communicate any needs with Director of Assessment and Accountability so that we can support you.

13 Snapshot Common Assessment Benchmark Timeline 13 Snapshots and common assessments are not school shutdowns and should be administered as part of the regular class day with minimal interruption. These tests should be run by the instructional coordinator with assistance by the campus test coordinator and rest of the administrative team. Benchmarks are a practice for STAAR and should be run in as close of a manner to STAAR as possible (i.e. school shut-down.) These tests are to be led by the campus testing coordinator with assistance from the administrative team and instructional coordinator.
