1 Welcome to District Wide Staff Development! Today Special Education you will attend break-out sessions presented by your peers. These sessions are grounded in the beliefs of the Conroe ISD Instructional Model and remind us that we are connected in the work we do for the students we serve. It is important as educators that we continue to connect ourselves to our research-based best practices and quality resources. It is also important that we work to strengthen our connections to our peers through collaborative planning, PLCs, and sharing ideas in data reviews. Most importantly, we must continue our work in connecting our students to quality learning opportunities through engaging, well managed classrooms. We may come from different backgrounds, experiences, and learning, but to provide the best for ALL of August 8 th 2018 our students we come together to be ConroeISD: Connected. Many thanks to Peet Junior High School administration and staff for their cooperation and support in making this staff development day a huge success. We could have not done this without a great team effort!
