COURSE DESCRIPTION: Inspirational leadership takes us on a journey through the new world of leadership, one in which leaders inspire their followers to find new meaning in their work lives. Organizations cannot inspire, only people can, but it is possible to create an inspiring organization. There is just one way to do this: By inspiring people, one soul at a time. There is no other way COURSE OBJECTIVES: 1. Self-define the leader's destiny. 2. Define the cause that the leader wants to serve. 3. Help participants find what calling they feel most aligned with. 4. Align the individual's calling with the organization's cause. 5. Focus people on what they do best. 6.
