1 Western Technical College Landscape Project Management Course Outcome Summary Course Information Description Career Cluster Instructional Level Total Credits 3.00 Total Hours Student will study and analyze landscape construction documents, including: bid documents, insurances, specifications and drawings. They will create project construction management schedules allowing for purchasing and construction activities. A computer software program will be utilized for project take offs and estimating costs. Students will also review safety training, personnel manuals, progressive discipline procedures, employee selection, resume writing, job search skills and leadership skills.
