2 1. Introduction Our School App. Focuses on providing the daily updates of the school starting from the notice, events, gallery, videos without having to log in. As soon as the application is updated you will be alerted with the notification so that you will be updated about the activities that is going on in the school. Since application does have a login panel you can easily login from the login button at the top right side of the app. This user manual focuses on the features that you can use with this application. 3 2. Login process Steps: 1. Click on the Login in button at the Top Right Corner of the application. 2. Enter your username and Password provided by the school. 3. After you log-in for the first time certain process for changing the password will appear. 4. You can change the password or just click on the arrow above the screen to escape. NOTE: We would recommend you to change the password 5. After the login steps you will be able to access every functions of the application. NOTE: If you forget the password please contact School Administration for the new password. Page 3

4 3. Inside panel overview A. Routine: In this section you will be able to find the routine of the class as well as exam. For the class Routine: 1. Click on the class routine tab. 2. Select your class and section 3. The routine will be displayed for the respected class For the Exam Routine: 1. Click on the Exam Routine tab. 2. Select your class. 3. The routine will be displayed according to date and time. B. Assignment: In this section you will be able to find the assignment given to the student on the daily basis. 1. Click on the assignment tab. 2. Select the month. 3. Select your class and section. 4. The assignment will be displayed. C. Report Card: In this section you will be able to find the result of the respected class and section after the results have been published in the application. 1. Select the exam 2. 5 D. Events: In the event section various events conducted in the school will be added to the application in the event section. This Section can be accessed without login in. E. Gallery: Gallery Section includes picture slides of the various events or activities that are conducted in the school. This Section can be accessed without login in. F. Leave Note: In this section you can provide the detail of the student while he/she is absent. It is basically and absent note given to the school. Steps: 1. Click on leave note tab. 2. Click on ADD LEAVE NOTE button. 3. Fill up the form declaring the cause, details, and date of leave. 4. Click on send button. 5. Your notice will be received by the school. Page 5

6 G. Suggestions: This section helps you to gives us a suggestions and feedback. Steps: 1. Click on the suggestion tab. 2. Select the title for which department you want to give suggestions. 3. Enter your suggestions. 4. Click on submit button. H. Appreciation: This section is for sending us the appreciations and wishes: Steps: 1. Click on appreciation tab. 2. Add your title. 3. Write your message. 4. Click on submit button. I. Downloads: In this section you will be able to download various files provided by the school. J. Videos: This section will feature various videos related to school s event and activities. This section will contain videos from the school s YouTube channel. Page 6

7 K. Bus Route: This section provides the detail about each bus route with their exact location. You can select your desired route to check the location on which the bus travels. You can even see the exact route map of the bus in Google map. L. Profile: This section is for viewing the profile detail where you will be able to see the students detail as well as parent s detail.
