Know the plant cell and anatomic plant structure. b. Get a global view of how plants exert their basic vital functions and how these are regulated by endogenous and exogenous factors. c. Discover the molecular basis for the main plant physiological processes. d. Verify at the laboratory the basic physiological processes and get in touch with the most common laboratory techniques associated with plant physiology experimental work. e. Be able to develop a brief scientific report after research results obtained at the laboratory. f. Be able to correctly plan, perform and analyze experiments related to plant physiology. g. Develop search abilities and information analysis skills to be able to study in depth a precise topic. COMPETENCES OR SKILLS Competence measuring scale CG01 - Capacity to analyze and synthesize CB1 - Students acquire and understand knowledge in their field of study based on general secondary education but usually reaching a level that, although supported on advanced text books, also includes aspects involving state-of-the-art knowledge specific to their area. CB2 - Students are able to apply knowledge to their work in a professional way and have the competences enabling them to state and defend views and opinions as well as perform problem-solving tasks in their field of study.
