5 Your Master Trainer Colette White Colette White is CEO and Principal Trainer at Infinite Excellence. Colette s first introduction to NLP was through the giant of all motivators - Anthony Robbins. Having attended his Mastery University programme she was inspired to take her NLP skills to another level. Colette initially qualified as a Trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis with the world renowned and respected Dr. Tad James M.S.Ph.D, Master Trainer of NLP and Hypnosis and creator of Time Line Therapy. Committed to her own and others personal development Colette has since become the first female to be awarded Master Trainer of Hypnosis approved by the American Board of Hypnotherapy and Master Trainer of NLP approved by the American Board in NLP for Europe. In addition Colette has extensive business experience. She has a BSc (Hons) in Economics, specialising in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and is a qualified Management Accountant, with over 12 years experience in Finance and Strategic Programme Management in the Retail sector. 17 How NLP Trainer s Training Works 1. Pre-course Preparation Before attending the course you will be required to prepare for the training by completing a number of tasks relating to your NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner materials. This includes selecting two topics to present for 30 minutes and learning the answers to your NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner tests. Completing the pre-course preparation will allow you to make the most of the learning and practice in class where you will learn how to use NLP to train and present to others with excellence 2. Trainer s Training Part 1 Part 1 of this training comprises of 12 days of training. During this time through accelerated and advanced training techniques you will actively learn how to present easily, effortlessly and effectively to any audience. You will be impressed to find by the end of the course you can stand up and present using your new presenting skills without even thinking about them! Throughout this part of the training you will receive feedback as you layer in your skills and practice your chosen NLP presentations so you are set for success during Part 2 of the training, Evaluation and Certification. During these training days you will also learn: How to demonstrate NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner techniques to train others in NLP and how to make your demos work every single time How to run a training business 3. Trainer s Training Part 2: Evaluation and Certification Following the successful completion of Part 1 of Trainer s Training this Evaluation and Certification is the next step to success. This allows you to become a Certified NLP Trainer and also to validate the exceptional personal investment you have made in your expertise and excellence, whatever your motivation for taking Trainer s Training. The 4 Day Evaluation and Certification is structured as follows: Day 1 - Test Day: Completion of a written closed book test on the contents of NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner Training. Day 2 - Demo Day: You will be required to demonstrate a traditional Practitioner or Master Practitioner NLP pattern. This pattern will be chosen for you by your Master Trainer of NLP and will be aligned where possible to your chosen presentation topics. Day 3 and 4 - Presentation Days: Over these two days you will present two different 30 minute presentations taken from the contents of the NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner syllabi. (The order of these days may change depending on your group size.) 17
