3 A PLURALITY OF ACTIVITIES CONSENSUS CONFERENCES Based on scientific evaluation resources produced by Cnesco, a jury of educational actors questions experts from various disciplines on a divisive issue in order to produce recommendations wherever consensus may be found. REPORTS Multidisciplinary quantitative and qualitative evaluations are developped to assess the state of education over time. VIRTUAL INTERACTIVE CONFERENCES Live, virtual exchanges between thematic experts and educators as regards Cnesco s evaluations. INTERNATIONAL COMPARISONS CONFERENCES Based on scientific evaluation produced by Cnesco of education policies, French and international decsion-makers are brought together to engage with one another on a public policy topic for the purpose of proposing a way forward. ANALYTICAL NOTES Short analyses of scientific evaluations that respond to questions posed by the general public. REGIONAL FORUMS Citizen-led debates organised at the regional level around the results of research and evaluation which highlight innovative local experiences. CNESCO S METHODOLOGY To ensure that evaluation leads to institutional change and to the evolution of practices in the field, Cnesco follows a fivestep process for both its published work and public events.
