(Brief summary of the most significant acquired ideas or learning materials) I learnt how an exercise can become fun as well as new skills and values - Many ideas on the training sessions - Knowledge of modern training methods and the art of dealing with children - How to teach behavioural skills to children through sport - How to use the ideas learnt from others in the workshops - How to organise training sessions, pitch-dividing exercises... - Tools used in training - I acquired skills to teach children - Thank you FC - I learnt a lot of things, especially the FutbolNet values. I acquired many skills and the use of exercises at the adequate times - I learnt how to attract children to the group thanks to the FC Barcelona values - The exchange of ideas and meeting other people Page 4 of 6 Rev. 0(16/02/2012) IQ-FC-19

5 - Learn some exercises that will be applied to children - I learnt the six values: commitment, respect, effort, tolerance, teamwork and responsibility. - I learnt some of the activities in the field of theory and practice. - I learnt some training methods, especially how to deal with base training sessions, the nature of training sessions and how to improve the exercises. - Acquisition of knowledge and information - I learnt how to deal with children through sport and to transmit the values of sport. - The acquisition of experiences and new competitions on different levels. - A load of new and fun skills and exercises as well as thrilling ways of dealing with children. Commitment and planning ways related to life. - I learnt how to present programmes and exercises for children from the other coaches. The course is very interesting. - Commitment and motivation in training sessions as well as effort and teamwork. - I learnt more planning skills. Thank you Shell and Fundació FCBarcelona. - We learnt everything that we set out to learn, in other words, collaboration and tolerance among communities. - Working as a team with little players. - I learnt about collaboration, motivation, effort, commitment and how to work as a team. - The acquisition of football knowledge and skills as well as values and principles that we have to follow. - The acquisition of skills, knowledge, concepts and values that have the development of football as their objective. - How to carry out training sessions and mutual knowledge. In fact, it s a very interesting seminar. - We gained a lot from this programme through the training sessions where each exercise is a key factor. - We learnt a lot of new skills and concepts - I know how to plan better thanks to this seminar - I learnt new and diverse concepts and information in this seminar - Of all the best experiences, the best one is to invent different and fun exercises that don t allow children time to get bored. - The course was very interesting. I learnt new ways of doing things and some concepts related to training sessions. - I learnt how to work as a team and as a group both on and off the pitch. - We learnt how to develop relations and transmit values to children. - I learnt new values, concepts and teamwork among coaches and players. - I learnt a lot of skills that will help us deal with children and transmit this information to them. - I learnt a lot of things such as how to deal with children, motivational skills, how to make the programmes and how to use the manual. - Good values to teach children how to take the correct path. - Exercises and exchange of ideas and opinions. - I learnt the six values and how we should teach them to children and make them interesting. - That football is not just a sport Page 5 of 6 Rev. 0(16/02/2012) IQ-FC-19

6 - I learnt a lot of training exercises and how to deal with children - I learnt how to be a coach - Methods and techniques used in seminars. - Teaching new skills to children - How to deal with children in training sessions and foment team spirit among them. - We learnt the concepts that will help the coach when it comes to teaching the correct concepts to children that will be useful throughout their lives. - I learnt new and fun skills and how to transmit them to the students in a good and fun way. - Mutual knowledge, responsibility, the acquisition of new skills, different training methods and teamwork. - The way of dealing with people and how to do training exercises in order to achieve collaboration and interaction in children. - Learn from experiences.
