The day-today challege i a compay is how to achieve a better iteractio with people i order to get the compay results assurig egagemet ad persoal motivatio at work. Ad the very first step is to improve the self-awareess of the participats. O the other had the program teaches the participats more about the compay (orgaizatio, jobs, career paths ad busiess ad trasversal areas). It has bee desiged by Airbus, EOI ad Fudació Uiversidad- Empresa to teach future professioals of the Aeroautic Sector. This is a 360-degrees-developmet with strog specific competeces related to this sector ad, at the same time, a solid traiig i soft skills. The program icludes a oe-year itership at Airbus i oe of the busiess or trasversal areas of the compay. The participats will also have the opportuity to have oe week of practical experiece at productio area guided by shop floor maagers ad blue collar workers to kow the real workig life i a idustrial compay. The offlie traiig of the program is taught by the Escuela de Ogaizació Idustrial (EOI), a very importat Spaish Busiess School.
