1 The Definitive Professional Assistant Workation The Sue France Training Workation involves staying in a beautiful Finca in the foothills of the mountains of Andalucia for 6 nights/7 days. It includes 4 x 4 hour morning workshops with Sue France FCIPD FInstAM INLPTA who is a renowned motivational trainer for Assistants and an award-winning Assistant herself and a qualified learning and development trainer and certified coach. Taking neuroscience into consideration and understanding the brain, you will have afternoons free to relax so your brain can rest and reboot and digest the information subconsciously. You will have time to network, have fun exploring or resting around the pool or in the shaded hammock area, whilst your brain puts short-term memory into long-term memory.
