11 Login Instructions 1. Using your ORACLE login and password, login to the School Leadership and Administrative Services Website ( support.org). 10

13 Pick a Site! 1. At the top of the page, enter your campus organization code or use Pick A Site! to select your campus. 2. Click on the + sign to the left of your school level to expand dthe tree. (Schools are listed in alphabetical order.) 3. Select your school, and press the Done button. (In the Organization box, the SLN and school name will be filled in.) 12

36 Target Numbering Example There are three strategies t for Reading and two for Math. Strategies are numbered sequentially across all priority core content areas. The first number is 1. for all strategies. Area Strategies 35

37 Filter By Core Content Area Select a core content area to display the strategies for that content area. Area and Strategy No. columns can be sorted. 36

40 Action Steps: System Quirks When you first login to the Online CIP, you will not be able to see the ACTION PLAN in the Student Achievement section. To view, select Exclude Actions and then Include Actions from the Action Step filter to reset the ACTION PLAN. Action Numbers must be deleted BEFORE the Strategy t Numbers. If a strategy number is deleted, it will NOT DELETE the action steps. Action Steps will be hidden within the section but will still appear in the Print All CIP. 39

Are strategies specific to a core content goal and limited to 3-5 per core content area? Are strategies selected based on identified campus needs? Are themes/critical attributes from Core Practice Framework referenced for each strategy? 43

From the drop down menu, select that critical attribute as your strategy. Have no more than 3-5 strategies per core content area. Remove as action and move to strategies. 64 FAQs Why do I need to include districtwide initiatives in the CIP? Districtwide Initiatives are set forth in the District Improvement Plan. Many of those activities are aligned to the Campus Improvement Plans, and need to be referenced accordingly. All campuses receive the benefits. For example, all campuses receive district sponsored professional development, have instructional coaches, and use MyData Portal. I m a Non-Title I school, do I need to include districtwide initiatives in the Summary of CNA and Action Plans? Yes, every campus is responsible for including districtwide i t id initiatives iti in the Summary of CNA and Action Plans. Note: Non-Title I schools do not need to reference Title I in the Resource column of the Action Plans. I m a Non-Title I school, do I need to include the Homeless Program in the Summary of CNA and Action Plans? Yes, Homeless funds for non-title I schools are available for use at the district level. The Resource column must reference Homeless Program Title I (DI). 63

65 Contact Information BROWSER SETUP: 1. From the internet browser menu bar, under Tools select Internet Options. 2. Click on the Programs tab. 3. In the drop down menu, select Groupwise. 4.
