Who is it for? PRINCE2 Foundation is perfect for anyone who: wants to become a project manager manages small projects manages projects but does not have a formal project management qualification holds a junior project management role wants to participate fully and effectively within a PRINCE2 project PRINCE2 (Project IN Controlled Environments - version two) is the defacto standard in project management in the UK and internationally across all sectors of industry. What is it about? PRINCE2 is a structured framework for the efficient running of any project. The Foundation Certificate provides an insight into the process-oriented approach of the PRINCE2 project method and the value of using it for implementing projects. You will be required to complete the pre-read materials before attending this programme. On the first day, you will receive the official PRINCE2 textbk. If you would like to receive the textbk ahead of time please let us know. This will incur a fee of 25 to cover post and packaging. You must achieve a 50% pass mark as a minimum (35 out of 70 questions) and results will be provided on the same day of exam. The exam will take place on the third day of this five day course. This is usually a Wednesday. Please note that every candidate s identification will need to be verified by the examination invigilator. Who is it for? This PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner qualification is valuable to anyone who wants formal training to become a qualified Practitioner in Project Management. It is particularly useful for: those who need to set up and manage complex projects seasoned professionals without formal qualifications anyone who wants to participate fully and effectively within a PRINCE2 project individuals who are involved with large-scale project work. What is it about? PRINCE2 (Project IN Controlled Environments - version two) is the de facto standard in project management in the UK and internationally across all sectors of industry. Our PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner programme allows you become a PRINCE2 qualified practitioner over five consecutive days training. Alternatively, you can bk and complete the qualifications separately across three days for PRINCE2 Foundation and two days for PRINCE2 Practitioner. 11 PRINCE2 Qualifications Duration: 2 days Cost: 725 (+VAT) 12 CPD Points PRINCE2 PRACTITIONER Become a PRINCE2 Expert - convert your Foundation Certificate. Who is it for? Project managers and others who have a PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate, who want to revise and take the exam to become a qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner. What is it about? This two day module allows you to revise and take the PRINCE2 practitioner exam. Attention will be given to practical participation in a case study encompassing the most essential elements of a PRINCE2 project. Participants will explore the relationship between the business case and the project to prepare for the practitioner exam on the final day. A PRINCE2 manual is required to complete this module as the exam is an open bk exam. You will need to bring a copy with you to this course. You will be required to complete pre-read materials before attending and to have passed the PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate. The course is based on the 2009 version of the PRINCE2 manual. 12 APM Qualifications Duration: 5 days Cost: 1,599 (+VAT) APMP: THE APM PROJECT MANAGEMENT QUALIFICATION Achieve an internationally recognised qualification in project management which will arm you with complete project management skills. 30 CPD Points Who is it for? This project management qualification is designed for all practising and potential project managers who require an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the fundamental principles, tls and techniques for successful project management. The APMP: The APM Project Management Qualification (IPMA Level D) is an internationally recognised qualification awarded by the Association for Project Management, the UK s leading association for project management professionals. The focus of this intensive course is to provide you with a level of knowledge that will enhance your ability to manage projects and give you a professional qualification that is transferrable across any industry and sector. No previous experience of working in projects is necessary; however, it would be ideal if delegates have had some experience of working in a project environment. What is it about? The APMP: The APM Project Management Qualification is based on the APM Body of Knowledge 6th edition - a concise and structured guide to the knowledge required in managing projects. This intensive course provides a comprehensive introduction to project management. Using a blend of knowledge, practical application through case study exercises, discussions and sample examination questions the course will address the tls, techniques and the soft skills required for successfully managing projects. Pre-read material is provided before attending the course. It is essential that you review all the information prior to attending the event - it will require approximately 25 hours study prior to the course. This programme also requires some structured self-study during the course to cover the material contained within the examination. Delegates are also advised to download support documentation from the APM website to assist with their study. The documentation will be sent to you in advance and must be brought along to the course as it will be needed for reference during the training. The more you do before the course, the more time there will be during the course to ask questions, confirm your understanding and make sure you are adequately prepared. Please make a list of any questions so that these can be addressed during the course. The APMP exam is a three hour written exam consisting of questions designed to test your breadth of knowledge in all the aspects of project management as well as your understanding of project management techniques. You are required to answer ten essay style questions from a possible 16. Please note that you will need to have bked at least ten working days before the course date, in order for you to be registered to take the examination.
