2 DHARMI INSTITUTE Our mission is to guide people worldwide for stress management and mindfulness with a team of licensed professionals and practitioners, through books, videos, seminars and private consultations. The headquarter is located in Miami. Practitioners offer their services worldwide. DHARMI METHOD The mission of the Method is to guide people to navigate life s transitions with integrity and mindfulness, clarifying their steps, path and visions. The Method s vision is to support the well being, balance, leadership and mindfulness within our community. It is based on the Five Elements and specific Maps to guide the clients on their journey with clarity. FOUNDER Authentic and adventurous, Christelle Chopard has dedicated more than two decades in her career as holistic healer, therapist and consultant in different cultures on six continents. Then, all the pieces came together for her to create a clear and effective Methodology. She is expert in holistic stress management, healing and coaching modalities, yoga, qigong, meditation, self- and professional development. 10 This program is for anybody who is sensitive to the wellbeing of the people and of their environment. - Who has practiced the program, gained the gifts it offers and wishes to pass along what they have learned to others to help them in their quest for serenity and oneness. - If you are a therapist and you work with people. You will develop tools to clarify your energetic space from external influences. You will clear aspects that affected you through the day. - If you live in an area where many electric vibrations are present (wifi, radiation,..) you will receive tools to strengthen your magnetic field. You can work from your home or open your own office or center using the logos, symbols and copyrighted materials to practice professionally as DHARMI Holistic Consultant, facilitator and/or instructor. 12 What to do to benefit from the DHARMI Method and programs A regular practice is necessary. If you practice it once and then fall back into old patterns, the process won t work. This practice requires dedication, inspiration, confidence and positive intention. 16 Steps in the Training Licensed DHARMI Holistic Consultant I. Schedule an online Consultation for evaluation and clarification II. Complete the 3-month Signature Program to practice the DHARMI Method, GPS for your life in your personal experience for clear integration and to master some of the foundation with practice and comprehension. III. Teachings of the Ethics and completion of the application, contract and License Agreement IV. STUDY TRAINING, one:one online with founder of the method and online manual, printed books and products. VI. INTERNSHIP Holistic Consultant with supervision VII. EVALUATION and EXAM DHARMI.COM 16
17 I. Schedule an online Consultation Steps I to III II. Signature Program: III. You will receive a kit to begin your studies which includes: The three books, a set of essential oils, an access code to the training course online and a folder with Maps for your practice. At the completion of the course and license agreement, you will receive the symbols and logos for your promotion, including a design for your business card, space on the website with your introduction and information in the directory of practitioners and use of the address yourname@dharmi.com. These items will be renewed every year with the License Renewal, a fee of $500 and continuing education credits (a minimum of 10 CEU hours per year). DHARMI.COM 17
18 IV Training & Studies Begin with an online consultation with your mentor for clarification. Read the manual section for DHARMI Holistic Consultant and fill up each of the Maps with your answers and a meditation using the manual, books and podcast. At the completion of each map, send your answers and insights to christellechopard@dharmi.com. It is best if you do one Map per week to take time for integration. General first evaluation on the Five Elements Well being and lifestyle Emotional intelligence and relationships Self confidence and leadership Mindfulness and stress management Integration Navigate through life s transitions After practice of the Meditation with the podcast and studying the steps, record your voice when you practice guiding the passive Meditation. Send it to your mentor for review and evaluation. DHARMI.COM 18
19 V. INTERNSHIP Peer practice the whole cycle of seven consultations twice or practice with other people. You receive supervision and guidance through the whole internship. Guide five people through all of the seven DHARMI Consultations, guiding your clients through the Maps. Ask the authorization of the people you are working with, to show your reports and observations to your mentor. You can already be recompensed your time and guidance during your internship. Schedule an online consultation with your mentor at the beginning and at the completion of each cycle. Send observations and reports to your Mentor: DHARMI.COM 19
20 VI. EVALUATION and EXAM At the completion of your internship, send your Application for evaluation and schedule a time for the written and oral exam. Fill Up the Application for Evaluation DHARMI.COM 20
21 If you wish to add the title of DHARMI Facilitator: VII. INTERNSHIP Facilitator After learning the four forms, make a video recording of your practice and a recording of your voice while guiding a client through the movement. Send it to your Mentor for review and evaluation. Peer practice at least two times each of the four forms. Facilitate five classes of each of the four forms of the Vortex of Energy Meditation. Lead at least 2 group classes and 2 private classes guiding students through each of the four forms. Ask the authorization of the people you are working with, to show your reports and observations with your mentor. You can already be recompensed for your time and guidance during your internship. Schedule an online consultation with your Mentor at the beginning and at the completion of each cycle. Send your observations and reports to your Mentor. IX. EVALUATION and EXAM: At the completion of your internship, send your Application for evaluation and schedule a time for the written and oral exam with your Mentor. DHARMI.COM 21
