4 OUR ACADEMY APPROACH TRAINING FOCUS AGE SPECIFIC TRAINING AND COMPETITIVE EXPOSURE PROGRAMS Program to intake a select number of students currently studying in class 5 to class 8 and are seeking admissions in class 6 to class 9 Academy program designed for players to represent the prestigious competitions in India such as Subroto Cup, Youth Leagues, Open Nationals, etc. TECHNICAL ASPECTS Coaches conduct sessions in which all players get to spend maximum time with the ball a vital element for technical development Equal attention and game time to each individual in training and matches Familiarie and develop skills with field positioning games and small-sided games

5 ROLE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS Key performance indicators taken during the training sessions and matches help to prepare detailed database of each player Academy s Analysis Software helps in conducting position-specific and overall game analysis through recorded sessions and matches. PSYCHOLOGY A growth mindset is the foundation of fulfilling individual potential (being in development age) Focus on psychological preparation helps in dealing with challenging situations such as loss of form, confidence and during injury Help players from different regions master their communication & life skills, career path and individual personality development. PHYSICAL PREPARATION Our aim is to scout the players during the golden age for learning - 10 to13 years, a ideal period for training the technical and tactical development, as well as coordination and cognitive capacity Provide customised strength and conditioning training on field and at the gym for strong foundation of core stability, balance, better agile movements and preventing injuries. NUTRITION Observing the physical appearance of players and considering the history of their previous diet routines during enrollment will help us in preparing a suitable diet for players coming from different regions The academy will ensure the young athletes eat the right foods, in sufficient amounts, at a specific time.

6 FACILITIES AND EDUCATION BBFS in collaboration with Vedas International School aims to provide best in class boarding facilities and quality education for the academy students. The program is planned and executed in a pragmatic manner to ensure the right balance between academics and sports. The goal of the program is to select & nurture talent at the grassroots & youth levels to help them make a difference on a national scale. 24 X 7 CCTV SURVEILLANCE Natural Turf - The facility holds two 11-a-side natural turf football grounds and one 6-a-side ground for focused training. The Den - Well-guarded and air-conditioned accommodation exclusively for the academy members with modern conveniences and facilities. High Performance Gym - Fully equipped gym and full time staff focused on providing our players clean and safe work-out sessions. Mess - Modern, hygienic dining facilities with a well equipped kitchen. Under the direction of nutrition expert, highly nutritious & balanced diet is planned and prepared. In-house Academic Tutoring - We have specially dedicated in-house tutors for our academy members. Recreation Room - Facilities such as Table Tennis, Carrom, Badminton, Chess, PlayStation, etc.

FEES: Our fee structure is well rounded taking all aspects into consideration to provide all the facilities that suit the needs of students in affordable and accessable manner. We will be charging an annual fee of INR 3,50,000 only (excluding applicable taxes & other incidental expenses). OTHER PROGRAMS: During the year, we will also be conducting summer camps and specific training programs such as goalkeeping, strength & conditioning, life skills, etc. for students of all age groups at our academy. We will also be providing weekday boarding option to Delhi NCR based students. The residential setup has helped me develop my game in a professional environment and has taught me the importance of discipline in my routine.
