3 Relativity Training Overview Relativity recommends that all new employees working with Relativity receive formal training, either by our training department or internally to ensure an easy transition for all users and those who support them. What trainings are offered? We offer a variety of training courses, including in-person training, webinar training, and independent self-guided options. These offerings are listed below; complete training details are provided in subsequent sections. In-Person Training We offer the following in-person classes taught by an experienced Relativity instructor. Relativity 101: Relativity for End Users (1 day) Relativity Admin Essentials I: Fundamentals of Case Administration (1 day) Relativity Admin Essentials II: Advanced Searching and Case Management (1 day) Analytics (1 day) Relativity Assisted Review (1 day) Processing (1 day) Infrastructure (1 day) Legal Hold Training (2.5 Hours) Webinars The following free, one-hour webinars are offered on a recurring basis. Relativity for Reviewers Relativity Assisted Review for Administrators Relativity Assisted Review for End Users Building Relativity Applications Legal Hold Additionally, we offer regular Ask the Expert webinars that provide a rotating list of relevant presentation topics in areas such as workflow solutions, Analytics, Processing, Infrastructure, etc. You can register for any of these webinars on our Training Center. Where can I attend in-person training? We offer our trainings at our Chicago and London offices, on the road in our major markets, and onsite at your office. Open Enrollment We regularly schedule open enrollment trainings in our Chicago and London offices. Additionally, we schedule open enrollment trainings in our major markets such as New York, NY, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, Sydney, Hong Kong, and many more locations. 4 Onsite Training We also offer training for your team at your office for a minimum of 5 attendees and a maximum of 12 attendees. Onsite trainings are offered Tuesday through Friday and are typically scheduled 6-8 weeks in advance on a first come, first served basis. You will be charged for the travel and related expenses for the trainer in addition to our training registration fees. How much does in-person training cost? All in-person trainings are $500 USD per person. Our virtual Relativity Legal Hold Training is $250 USD per person. If additional trainers or specialized agendas are requested, a separate quote will be issued. For requested onsite training, flight, accommodations, and related expenses for the trainer will be in addition to the registration fees. What forms of payment does Relativity accept? Relativity accepts checks, ACH payments, credit cards and wire transfers. What is Relativity s cancellation policy? Relativity s training cancellation policies are outlined below. Open Enrollment - Individual Pay Training fees must be paid before your training. Training fees are non-refundable and not subject to any rescheduling credit, except as provided here. If you are unable to attend a training you ve registered for, please contact the Relativity training team at least two business days prior to the training to reschedule. In that case, we will apply the fee you pre-paid as a credit for the rescheduled training fee. However, if you cancel or reschedule within two business days of the training, no refund or credit will be issued. If you reschedule a training more than three times, we may consider your training as having been cancelled and require a new fee in order to reschedule the training again. Any credit applied to your account will expire twelve months after the date of original issue. Open Enrollment - Company Pay Upon registering for a training session, your company will be invoiced for the full cost of the training, which must be paid within 30 days. Onsite Training Upon completion of a onsite training session, your company will be invoiced for the full cost of the training or for a minimum of five attendees, and travel expenses, which must be paid within 30 days. Any notice to cancel or reschedule the Training must be in writing and received by Relativity at least twenty-one (21) days in advance of the first Training Date. For any cancellation notice received after twenty-one (21) days in advance of the first Training Date, customer will pay Relativity $1,000 as liquidated damages for Relativity overhead and administrative costs, lost opportunity costs, and other expenses (such as any third party fees that Relativity incurs in canceling or rescheduling travel / hotel arrangements). 4

5 1 Relativity 101: Relativity for End Users Designed for Relativity beginners, Relativity 101: Relativity for End Users training is a one-day, introductory course to the Relativity platform covering the foundation of the basic concepts, features, and terminology used throughout the application during document review. Please note that Relativity 101: Relativity for End Users training is not a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) exam preparation course. 1.1 Course Objective By the end of this full day training, through a series of demos and hands-on exercises, trainees will gain the skills needed to manage and code documents in Relativity. Specifically, trainees will learn how to do the following: Understand typical Relativity workflows and how they support common ediscovery scenarios Become familiar with Relativity navigation and terminology Review documents, including checking out batches and making coding decisions Use highlighting, redactions, and other markup tools Use views, lists, and layouts to manage how documents and their related metadata and attachments are displayed Use search term reports, dashboards, and threading visualization to analyze data Search a data set to return specific documents using filters, conditions, and conceptual analytics tools Audience: New Relativity users including reviewers, paralegals, litigation support, and project management staff Course Length: One day 1.2 How to Attend Trainings are available in our Chicago office and at other locations. 8 2 Relativity Admin Essentials I: Fundamentals of Case Administration Training Relativity Admin Essentials I: Fundamentals of Case Administration training is an introductory course to administering cases in Relativity. It covers the fundamental concepts, features, and terminology essential for new Relativity administrators. We recommend this course for new Relativity administrators. It is helpful to have some Relativity experience before attending this course. Please note that this training is not a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) exam preparation course. 2.1 Course Objective By the end of this training, through a series of demos and hands-on exercise scenarios, trainees will gain the skills to successfully administer a case in Relativity. We recommend this course for experienced Relativity administrators. It is helpful to have at least a year of Relativity experience before attending this course. Please note that this training is not a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) exam preparation course. 3.1 Course Objective By the end of this training, through a series of demos, group activities, and hands-on exercise scenarios, trainees will gain skills necessary to employ a variety of helpful workflows. 14 4 Relativity Analytics Training Relativity Analytics training is a one day, hands-on, in-person class that teaches attendees how to manage and use Analytics workflows within Relativity. We recommend attending Administrative Training prior to attending this training. 4.1 Course Objective Relativity Analytics training walks attendees through several training scenarios that demonstrate how Analytics helps users organize, search, analyze, and review data. By the end of this full-day training, through a series of demos and hands-on exercises, trainees will gain the skills needed to successfully configure structured and conceptual analytics tools and use them within a case lifecycle. Specifically, trainees will learn how to do the following: Configure and use threading, near duplicate detection, and language identification Build an optimized Analytics Index Use concept searching, keyword expansion, and clustering to accelerate review Use categorization to QC coding decisions Audience: Litigation support and project management staff Course Length: One day 4.2 How to Attend Trainings are available in our Chicago office and at other locations. 16 5 Relativity Assisted Review Training Relativity Assisted Review training is a one day, hands-on, in-person class that teaches the fundamentals of managing a computer-assisted review project. We recommend attending Administrative Training prior to attending this training. 5.1 Course Objective Relativity Assisted Review training provides attendees with the knowledge to utilize Assisted Review s flexible predictive coding workflow that combines both human expertise and powerful technology to review large volumes of electronic information, thus reducing risk and cost. By the end of this full-day training, through a series of demos and hands-on exercises, trainees will gain the skills needed to create an Assisted Review project and proceed through various rounds in the Assisted Review workflow to successfully complete a project. 22 8 Relativity Legal Hold Relativity Legal Hold training is a two and a half hour, online class that teaches attendees how to manage and use Legal Hold workflows within Relativity. This training is offered virtually via the Adobe Connect online training platform, and attendees are provided with a practice environment and workbook after attending the live instructor-led portion. 8.1 Course Objective By the end of this two and a half hour training, through a series of discussions and demos, trainees will gain the skills needed to successfully administer a legal hold project from start to finish.
