37 What is the Desire Map? The Desire Map is a catalyst for change. It is a program for clarifying what you truly want in every area of your life, and using that powerful awareness to guide your choices from now on your dreams, your goals and your actions that support them. It is reconnecting with and calibrating your inner compass, and giving it permission to guide you to your own true North. The Desire Map is not just an intellectual theory. We will use The Desire Map to walk you through the process making the poetic practical and empowering you to live a life you WANT while navigating navigating challenges. Join us to get crystal clear on how you WANT to feel in life and how you can allow your CORE DESIRED FEELINGS to guide the way you show up in life, to guide your choices on what you let in and what you don t, to guide how you FEEL. Your heart, your spirit, your soul will thank you.

38 What to expect from our workshops? Together, we will spend some soulful, quality time creating space, sacred and safe, to explore our Core Desired Feelings. What will we do? CREATE: We will create sacred space, inner and outer, tied together with shared intentions and backed by a great musical playlist! An altar will serve as the focus for our intentions for the workshop. SHARE: We will offer up our own wisdom, relate, and learn from each other. EXPLORE: We will explore how you currently feel and how you WANT to feel in each of the five different areas of life: Livelihood & Lifestyle Creativity & Learning Body & Wellness Relationships & Society Essence & Spirituality EXAMINE: We ll look at our perceptions around feelings and goal setting; examine how we drive and strive, and see where in our lives we experience freedom and where we want more of it. We will examine the places we re stuck, our hang-ups and guilt around them, and our resistance to them. QUESTION: We ll question, forgive, and transform limiting beliefs. Exercises will help you examine your current relationship to your desires and wants. RECONNECT TO WANTING: We ll examine what it means to WANT. We ll reconnect with how it feels to desire, and give ourselves permission to do so. CONNECT & BUILD: We'll connect to a tribe of other brave and beautiful souls in a supported, safe and sacred environment, building relationships that support us and create a scaffolding for growth. CELEBRATE: We'll celebrate life with joy, with movement, with voices, and with love. We'll celebrate this process, as this will be an experience that is rich on many levels.
