5 How to get the best from the hypnotic audio programmes. The ideal time to use the audio programmes are when you have half an hour free to put your feet up and treat yourself to a little bit of pure relaxation! Never use hypnotic products whilst driving operating machinery or doing anything that requires you attention. Where to play the audio programme. As you are required to relax and drift towards sleep when you use the programme only play the audio when it is possible for you to sleep. You can play it during the day if you have time or on a night-time when you are in bed.
