COHERENCE BETWEEN PROGRAMME AND OBJECTIVES It is intended to inform students about the most pressing themes of human communication and the operation of the organizations knowing that a professional of Communication and Public Relations will have like target the communicative process in organizational context. To develop of personal and professional skills it is important to clarify the students and make them aware to all aspects related to the organizations in a global and dynamic perspective. Stimulate the ability to make a social psychological intervention for the prevention and resolution of structural problems and the maintaining the functional organization. TEACHING METHODOLOGIES (INCLUDING EVALUATION) The course was structured in a learning management system for topics of study, designed according to a pedagogical active model, student-centered, on accessibility and on social construction of knowledge. The expository methodology looks for the appropriate transmission of contents but at the same time stimulate the students to participate in class through comments and critical analysis. All contents will be presented and discussed in a true group dynamics in order to be a theoretical-practical environment, similar to the one that students will encounter in their working lives. The evaluation shall be made according to a dynamic and continuous process, with formative dimension and in accordance with the regulations of the School. Sets, operationally, through the following elements: -Oral and written Presentation of a work of literature review (5); -Test with consultation of documents (5) -Written test of knowledge assessment (10 values). 6. COHERENCE BETWEEN TEACHING METHODOLOGIES AND OBJECTIVES The achievements of learning objectives will be operationalized by teaching scientific contents consolidate through consultation, interpretation, analysis and discussion of specific bibliography. The emphasis on group dynamics are consistent with the objectives of the curricular unit aimed at sharing and developing skills of observation and identification in a scientifically way. 7. ATTENDANCE PROCEDURE According to the Regulation of ESECD, students must have at least 2/3 of attendance in class in order to access the Continuous Assessment. In cases of workers students and students with overlapping classes properly justified, it will not be considered these proportions. P á g i n a 5
