1 UC Campus Ministries Freshman Leadership Development Program Application General qualifications for the program: Be a committed disciple of Jesus Christ and sense God s call to serve. Be willing to use gifts, talents, and interests to provide leadership to various ministries on campus in the future. Serve as a Christian role model to students on campus through class attendance, attitude, personal appearance, behavior, etc. Have a teachable spirit and willing to be trained in various ministry leadership activities. Be prepared and ready to share a verbal witness of Jesus Christ on a regular basis. Be an active participant in a local church while here as a student. Be actively seeking to resolve any known personal conflicts. Plan PRIORITY time in your schedule to attend and participate in WEEKLY MANDATORY MEETINGS (to be scheduled in accordance with everyone s class schedule.) Commit to actively participate in and support all campus ministry related activities Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA at all times. Secure 3 total recommendation forms.
