3 PLACEMENT SELECTION Work Placement in Companies euromind secures internships in almost all VET fields, some examples include: In order to choose the placements matching the trainees skills and expectations, euromind analyse and match their profiles with the partner companies requirements on the basis of the following elements: Work Placement Form Skype Interview CVs MONITORING Provision of Welcome Pack, including practical information about the city & training programme Regular monitoring & evaluation visits to the trainees work placements One-to-one sessions with the trainees to discuss their achievements Provision of the evaluation forms from the monitoring visits 24/7 availability of the euromind team in case of emergency * PIC numbers and detailed descriptions of our host companies * are provided to include them in the project. CERTIFICATION To validate the acquired skills, the participants will receive, at the end of their training, a complete proof of their participation in the project by means of several methods of recognition: Training Certificate Europass Certificate ECVET Transcirpt Linguistic Certificate

4 Innovative Internships euromind in partnership with a wide range of companies and vocational schools have developed a number of innovative training programmes. The programmes last 2-3 weeks and are delivered by highqualified tutors with many years of experience training college students, professionals as well as the unemployed. The objective of the training is to equip trainees with specialised and up to date practical knowledge and competences relevant for the current labour market needs. 5 Student Residence (full board) euromind offer its high quality student residential houses both in Úbeda and Seville. Our residences are ideal to accommodate large groups up to 25 people. 7 Spanish Course We use an interactive method of teaching based on learning by practising. That means that grammar is covered by using practical situations. Our classes are mostly focused on the vocabulary and practical language that can be used by trainees during their work placement.
