3 Equine Alchemy Program Options ICF Certification and/or Equine Facilitator Learning IN-PERSON TRAINING: (No Horse Experience Required) 1. The Experience 1 introductory workshop intensive to experience the Equine Alchemy approach. You may attend any of our scheduled intensives as long as there is a space available. (Existing ICF coaches receive 16 CEU s). This workshop is approved as an Eponaquest introductory workshop. (See page 12 for full details) 2. Equine Assisted Coach Training (EAC) and Equine Facilitator Training for the student who is wanting to become a certified coach with an International Coach Federation certification and have the proficiency to facilitate individuals, groups and programs with equine experiential learning. (See page 13 for full details) 3. Equine Facilitation Training and Coaching Integration for the Existing Certified Coach is for you if you are already a certified coach and would like to add the integration of coaching with equine facilitated learning to your practice! (See page 16 for full details) VIRTUAL (almost) TRAINING: (Horse Experience and Access to Horses is Required) These courses are designed for the student who is unable to travel to all of our inperson intensives with the horses. You must have experience and access to horses to complete this training online. We require that you attend 2 in-person intensives with the horses over the course of your training. Exception is the Home Study program. 1. 7 Three Fundamental Skill Sets (FSS) for Certification: 1. The Fundamental Skill Set of the International Coach Federation and Systemic Experiential Learning All programming in the EAC Certification Program is approved by the ICF and will enable you to take the ICF certification exam at the completion of this program. These skill sets include Conscious Coaching from the Heart based on the ICF Core Competencies, the Co-Active Coaching Cornerstones Model and Multi-level Systemic Coaching (MLSC) which includes traditional coaching, systems work and energetic awareness. 2. The Fundamental Skill Set of Eponaquest Equine Facilitated Learning As an advanced instructor of Linda Kohanov s Eponaquest, Lisa designed this program so that The Fundamental Skill Set Intensive (FSS) integrates Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL) founded on the basic Eponaquest skills and tools and integrated with the above coaching instruction in order for you to embody a fundamental proficiency and understanding of being a certified Equine Alchemy Coach. All of the FSS Intensives include the basic philosophies, skills and activities required to prepare you for advanced work in equine facilitation and coaching: Using emotion as information. Accessing a more authentic, creative presence. Recognizing and moving beyond conditioned behaviors and thought patterns. Setting Boundaries: establishing and maintaining clear and consistent personal space. Body Scan: using the body as a sensing device. Hands-on activities with horses as guides. Developing essential skills for building Authentic Community. 3. The Fundamental Skill Set of Integration Becoming a certified Equine Assisted Coach or Facilitator involves a fundamental proficiency of 3 major areas of skill: 1) Knowing how to coach individuals and groups with ICF standards and 2) Knowing how to facilitate equine guided learning through group process. 3) Knowing how to integrate both of the first two skill sets into a seamless and transformational experience for your client. As an Equine Alchemy Certified Coach, you will not only have a deep and rich tool kit of coaching skills, you will also know how to recognize when to use specific skills for specific client value. 9 COACH TRAINING CURRICULUM: The Virtual Coaching Classrooms Our virtual classroom covers all of the theory and concepts of coaching and more. The curriculum includes 7 Recorded Coaching Modules that each include 2 lessons: Content to teach the theory, themes and structures of coaching. Content and Coaching Demos designed to demonstrate the coaching concepts above. 12 Live Group Mentor Calls (1x per month) 3 Supervision calls designed to gain coaching proficiency so you will be able to create a sustainable income through coaching with and without the horses. 3 Personal one-to-one calls with Lisa, Schelli and/or a certified Equine Alchemy graduate, for progress assessment and completion. Equine Alchemy Video Library. EQUINE FACILIATED LEARNING CURRICULUM The In-Person Classroom for Equine Facilitator Learning There are Four FSS Intensives, One EFL Certification Intensive and One Coaching Integration Intensive for a total of Six Intensives: FSS Level I - Explicit Knowing FSS Level II - Implicit Knowing FSS Level III - Integration FSS Level IV - The Practicum EFL Certification - Advanced Horsemanship, Energy work and Group Facilitation Skills (All FSS Intensives must be complete before attending the EFL Certification Intensive). Coaching Integration (CI) Certification Intensive with the Horses (This intensive is required for ICF Certification and can be completed before or after taking the EFL Certification). Page8

10 Also Included Students Resources: We have a one of a kind *Video Library that demonstrates the equine facilitated exercises with other students. These videos include commentary and instruction. Our Private Face Book page provides a means for connecting with other students to share resources and reflections and for staying connected. Monthly Live Group Coaching Calls provide individual attention and coaching to all students for the duration of your course. (The criteria for course completion are the same for our in-person students as well as our virtual students). *Video Library is not available through the Home-Study program. Advanced Horsemanship, Energetic Coaching and Group Process Facilitation: Whether you are brand new to horses or a life-long rider, the advanced horsemanship skills introduced throughout the program will not only enhance your facilitation skills, but your horse (and human) relationship skills as well! Because energy is at the base of all of the work we do (with and without horses), it is an essential skill to learn and integrate into your practice. We introduce a combination of Reiki, Cynerge, Healing Touch and Noetic Balancing among others. As a Corporate Coach and Consultant we will share our 20+ years of experience in facilitating groups, teams and organizational change; with and without the horses. Tools for Building a Thriving and Sustainable Business: Your coaching practice requires clients. We cover how to incorporate horses in your practice (even if you don t have your own horses or facility) to branding and fundamental marketing steps for launching a successful Equine Assisted Coaching practice! 11 BUSINESS AND MARKETING CURRICULUM The Virtual Marketing and Business Building Component to help you launch your coaching career! This is an additional VALUE of $2,348 in business training! This BONUS is included in all of our training programs, we provide fundamental content for setting up a successful Equine Assisted Coaching Practice, (even if you don t have your own horses)! This content is optional because it is not required for achieving ICF or Equine Alchemy certification. However, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you participate in order to set the foundation for your own successful coaching practice. This content is delivered by Equine Alchemy Certified Coach and Marketing Expert, Schelli Whitehouse. She will introduce you to the basic structure and process for launching your personal coaching career, with or without horses. 13 The Experience One 2-Day Workshop The Experience This is a 2-day workshop to experience the work and embody the Equine Alchemy approach. The Experience is a pre-requisite for all of the coaching and facilitation trainings and is approved as an Eponaquest introductory workshop. (Existing ICF coaches receive 16 CEU s). Yearns for profound insight into their own psycho-spiritual behavior. Seeks professional continuing educational credits through an extraordinary life experience. The Experience allows for a full immersion into our Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL) program founded on the basic Eponaquest skills and tools. These tools have been integrated with the Equine Alchemy coaching model in order for you to experience a fundamental understanding of our philosophy of becoming a certified Equine Assisted Coach. There is no other program anywhere that combines The Eponaquest Approach to equine guided learning and the International Coach Federation coaching to create a new level of Equine Guided Growth and Learning. CSHW is a pathway to not only learn these skills, but to integrate them in a masterful way to live your passion for horses and healing and to thrive! Rich, challenging and transformative, the Equine Alchemy ICF Certification Program is flexible and affordable and includes: 7 Recorded Content Calls These content calls are designed to teach the theory, themes, systems and structures of coaching. 7 Recorded Demo Coaching Calls The peer coaching calls are designed to demonstrate the coaching concepts above and provide practice coaching for students. 3 Private Calls Personal one-to-one progress calls with Lisa, Schelli and/or a certified Equine Alchemy graduate. 3 Supervision/Mentor Calls Supervision calls are required for ICF certification in order to gain the coaching proficiency you need to create a sustainable income through coaching with and without the horses. (You must pass your FSS Practicum to attend) 1 In-person Coaching Integration Intensive with the horses The coaching integration intensive focuses on coaching proficiency with the integration of EFL for a culmination of: 1) Knowing how to coach individuals and groups with ICF standards. 2) Knowing how to facilitate equine guided learning through coaching. 3) Knowing how to integrate both of these into a seamless and transformational experience for your client. There is no specific student profile. We enjoy classes with Master Coaches who know little or nothing about horses who learn right along with dedicated horse people with little or no knowledge or experience with coaching. We also welcome people who know little about either but are clearly drawn to this work. One thing they have in common is that they all trust and are guided by their hearts in knowing this is where they need to be NOW! Upon completion this course, our students have the skillset of a Professional Equine Assisted Coach. *You do not have to own your own horses or have any previous equine experience to attend the in-person training programs. We incorporate fundamental horse handling proficiencies as well as offer opportunities for advanced horsemanship training throughout the program. Page14

This program includes everything offered in our signature EAC program except for the Supervision/Mentor calls required for ICF certification. Existing certified coaches receive 45 hours of CEU credits! The Investment Full tuition for the EFL Training Integration with Coaching for as low as $7,497. The only thing different from this program and our FULL EAC Certification programming is that this student does not receive Supervision mentoring for ICF certification. We have designed 3 payment options to fit a variety of budgets. All options require a one-time, non-refundable deposit at the time of registration. The registration deposit also includes the tuition for the first in-person intensive. In addition to the course content on pages 7-9, the main difference in this program is that after your pre-requisite workshop The Experience you are only required to attend 1 in-person intensive with the horses. You will combine The EFL Certification and the Coaching Integration. All other work with the horses will take place with your own horses (or horses you have access to) that you can use with volunteers and/or clients for the purpose of video-taping the equine exercises and debriefing sessions. Your Virtual Equine Facilitated Learning Experience also includes: Home learning assignments through the EAC Reading list and Video Library. This is a ground breaking and comprehensive learning designed to integrate your existing equine facilitation practice with basic coaching skills. We live in Stone Ridge, NY with my talented and creative husband Paul, our daughter Elan and several kitties! The best way to describe my life is continual Conscious Reinvention. 28 About Schelli a gifted teacher through heart, humor and horses! Hi, I m Schelli Whitehouse. I live in Raleigh, NC with my awesome husband Joe. We have two great kids that have just ventured out into the world on their own, a 100 lb. mutt, a 20 yr. old cat (that rules the house) and my horse/partner Cruiser along with 6 other horse coaches at our barn! I consider myself a practitioner of Evolutionary Development Coaching. 31 I thought I knew everything there is to be known about being present and relating well with others. I didn t think a horse could teach me anything new. I was in for a surprise! The horse I worked with turned out to be my greatest teacher and coach. He called me out when I went into my head and taught me new ways of relating and connecting with him. I also experienced personal boundaries at a whole new level. As a result of this experience, I find myself showing up more fully with the important people in my life. Can I join at any time, or do I have to wait until the next course begins? You can join our programs any time as the coaching content is presented through the Home-Study format. We have anywhere from 9 to 10 in-person training intensives with the horses throughout the year. You can attend any intensive that works for your schedule. Do I have to have horse experience or own horses? You do not have to own your own horses or have any previous equine experience to attend the inperson training programs. We incorporate fundamental horse handling proficiencies as well as offer opportunities for advanced horsemanship training throughout the program. (Advanced horsemanship is an additional fee paid directly to the instructor at the time of the 1 hour session rates range from $65 - $100/hr.) What is the format of the FSS in person learning intensives? These in-person learning intensives take place over an evening, 2 full days and one ½ day. Usually, Saturday evening, Sunday and Monday are full days and Tuesdays are the ½ day. We found that travel is easier and less expensive for airlines and hotels when traveling on Saturdays and Tuesdays. These intensives are highly interactive and incorporate coaching concepts, theory and application, dialogue, exercises, energy work, and working with horses on the ground, no riding takes place and no horse experience is required. Much of your supervision and mentor coaching required for ICF certification takes place during these intensives. What is the Virtual Training Programming? Virtual programming involves several different media, phone, Skype, webinars and videos. Our Signature EAC Video Library and the recordings that our virtual students record of their work. This allows students who cannot travel to the in-person intensives to participate with their own horses from anywhere in the world! (Pricing for this program is the same as the in-person courses due to the time involved to review video and provide feedback and supervision coaching). Page30

32 What if I have no access to video equipment and/or don t know how to do this? No worries! You can use your phone!! Everything we do in our program is not only about teaching you to be a great equine assisted coach, but a successful equine assisted coach. Knowing how to work with video and other web based techniques will be invaluable to you in building your business. Who will I be working with in between onsite sessions and for the supervision? During the program, you ll primarily work with Lisa and Schelli as well as other ICF/EAC accredited coaches, who will provide supervision, mentoring and feedback as you begin to coach others. Are there any pre-requisites or requisites to the program? All of our trainings require completion of an introductory workshop (except for the Home-Study only) before enrollment. You must also be coachable yourself, have a desire to make a difference for yourself as well as others and commit 100% to the program and your fellow students. For the Virtual programming you must already have some horse experience and have access to horses for practice and videotaping your work. For the Coaching and Business Basics Home-Study program you need to already have some equine facilitation skills in place. For the Coach Training Only program you need to already be an equine assisted practitioner. For the Equine Facilitator Learning with Coaching Integration program you need to already be a certified ICF Coach or have completed an ICF accredited coach training program. Page31
