4 SIX SIGMA CERTIFICATION PROGRAMMES Six Sigma Green Belt Certification This training and certification enables individuals to participate and drive improvement projects. The training aims at helping individuals learn how to improve business productivity by structured analysis and evaluation of the process. The training helps individuals who are looking to improve quality and delivery in their work areas by stakeholder involvement. The training is designed in line with ASQ s body of knowledge and prepares the individuals for taking up ASQ s Six Sigma Green Belt certification examination. To enable the participants to: Lead and execute process-level improvement projects. Collect, analyze, and quantify data that enable process improvements. Work with process owners to ensure process gains are held. The course will benefit managers, supervisors, and practitioners who are responsible for process improvements. During the first phase of program, the data collection and solution methodology for the individual projects will be discussed and during the second phase, the participants will be guided for solution formulation using statistical techniques. 5 QUALITY & RELIABILITY CERTIFICATION PROGRAMMES The Quality engineering programme provides the participant an in depth understanding of Quality system, Product & process design and control and quantitative methods for Quality. The Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is a professional who understands these principles and applies them to development and operation of quality control systems, testing and inspection procedures and other quality control practices. The syllabus for the certification is designed in line with the American Society for Quality (ASQ) CQE body of knowledge. The course prepares the executives in line with ASQ s Body of knowledge (BOK) covering, design review and control; prediction, estimation, and apportionment methodology; reliability testing and field failures, design and performance improvement and reliability program management over the entire product life cycle.
