Developed by a council of 32 faculy, saff and sudens and endorsed by our Board of Trusees, his plan provides a road map hrough which Seale Universiy will address he challenges and opporuniies presened by a changing environmen, develop new ways o fulfill our mission and respond o he needs of local and global communiies. Our sraegic plan builds upon he srenghs of Seale Universiy. Our Jesui educaional mission is clear and alive. We offer rigorous and engaging academic and co-curricular programs. To beer serve he communiy and o esablish greaer opporuniies for educaion, research and career placemen, we will develop parnerships ha help us address he challenges of key local, regional and global organizaions. To assis sudens in selecing heir career pahs and developing heir professional skills, we will expand inernships, experienial and field-based educaion, paraprofessional opporuniies and oher approaches o inegraing career preparaion. To develop he inellecual curiosiy and lifelong learning skills of our sudens, we will promoe a culure of suden scholarship and research, including more inquiry-based courses, independen research opporuniies and collaboraion wih faculy on scholarly projecs.

To broaden access o Seale Universiy s ransformaive educaion, we will develop coninuing educaion, graduae and adul degree compleion programs and ensure ha suden services are accessible o all sudens. To address he financial challenges faced by our sudens, we will increase financial aid, conain coss and ensure ha sudens are able o make informed decisions o avoid graduaing wih unenable deb burdens. To mee he demands of prospecive sudens and ake advanage of new echnologies, we will develop hybrid and online academic programs and services ha are commensurae wih Seale Universiy s Ignaian pedagogy.

15 Abou Seale Universiy Founded in 1891, Seale Universiy is a Jesui Caholic insiuion locaed on 50 acres in Seale s vibran Capiol Hill neighborhood. The universiy enrolls nearly 7,500 sudens in is eigh schools and colleges and employs 1,500 faculy and saff.
