Dear students and graduates, Our ACHS Meditation Teaching Retreat has become the most memorable, exciting, heart opening and joyful event in the ACHS calendar. The response from those who have attended has been overwhelming each and every year. My favourite part is finally being able to meet so many students in person and to be able to make a connection with them that I can t make any other way. It felt like a real privilege to sit face to face and to be able to share, learn, grow, connect and meditate together. 3 What to expect in 2019 Come and join us in 2019 as we come together in Spring and Autumn for two distinctly different retreats and celebrate meditation, deep personal learning, achievements and new beginnings. There is so much to experience. 3-6 May 2019 Autumn Meditation Teaching Retreat This retreat prepares you for the restorative energy of the colder seasons. The focus will be on nourishment, relaxation, deepening connections (both inner and interpersonal), deepening personal meditation practice, exploring meditation techniques, translating personal experience into unique and authentic content for your teaching, understanding your unique positioning as a meditation teacher, owning the silence and much more. A safe, supported and loving space will be held for you to explore whatever arises in this nurturing space. 6-9 September 2019 Spring Meditation Teaching Retreat The Spring retreat is about renewal, goal setting and intention. At this retreat we are emerging to share, exchange and open up to our full potential as meditation teachers. It is a time to open to ideas and inspiration, to enter the flow of what we have to express and offer. As we open to our full potential it can also be time to address whatever is holding us back from embracing our best selves. A time to discover who we are and express that through our teaching. Inspiration, excitement and confidence will be part of what you gain from this retreat.
