2 Part II Course Details 1. Abstract (A 150-word description about the course) This course introduces students to the fundamental concepts and applications of enterprise systems, as well as the role of IT on productivity improvement. Students will learn to identify key application areas and technology, illustrate key design issues of enterprise systems through case studies, and develop practical skills in the configuration and enhancement of enterprise systems. 2.
