1 Elementary Language Arts Welcome to District Wide Staff Development! Today you will attend break-out sessions presented by your peers. These sessions are grounded in the beliefs of the Conroe ISD al Model and remind us that we are connected in the work we do for the students we serve. It is important as educators that we continue to connect ourselves to our research based best practices and quality resources. It is also important that we work to strengthen our connections to our peers through collaborative planning, PLCs and sharing ideas in data reviews. Most importantly, we must continue our work in connecting our students to quality learning opportunities through engaging, well managed classrooms. We may come from different backgrounds, experiences, and learning, but to provide the best for ALL of our students, we come together to be ConroeISD: Connected.
