2 2016 Superior University, Lahore - Pakistan Introduction The academic excellence of Superior research conferences can be witnessed from the fact that for the last seven years, Azra Naheed Centre for Research and Development (ANCRD) has been providing the opportunity to the researchers through symposia, workshops, panel discussion, and trainings and finding options for international collaborations. This year s conference, ICMR 2016, revolves around INNOVATION AND ENTREPRE NEURSHIP IN EMERGING MARKET. The phenomena of innovation and entrepreneurship have emerged as sensational themes during recent years. Undoubtedly considerable advances and breakthroughs have been made during last decades owing to the understanding of the relationship of these with each other and with economic growth as well. Nonetheless, a comprehensive understanding is lacking concerning the interface of all the variables mentioned above especially in emerging markets. Superior university is probing by inviting the researchers, policy makers and academicians to explore and analyse the opportunities for entrepreneurs in order to elevate the economic growth. The conference aims to encourage the delegates from different fields of life and help them gain an understanding of the factors that trigger growth in emerging markets. This thought provoking topic invites papers to help academicians and corporate managers to increase their understanding of the role of Emerging Markets in global economy. The conference will include plenary sessions on different tracks, symposia and workshops designed to share ideas and research findings. Call for Papers While we encourage papers that address the conference theme, we also welcome papers that fall outside of the main conference theme but deal with the related issues of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Asia, Europe, Africa, Middle East, and the USA and the interactions between these regions. 5 Submission Rules The International Conference on Management Research on Innovation & Entrepreneurship in Emerging Markets invites electronic submissions of abstracts/full papers which should be sent no later than September 01, The application request should include the speaker s name, place of work and position, the contact details including complete address, phone and fax numbers, and the title of the proposed report. Paper abstracts should be submitted at conference@superior.edu.pk in word or PDF format, with spacing 1.5, and up to 500 words. The abstract should outline the topic, show the purpose and the type of research and include a description of the research project indicating whether the paper is theoretical or empirical, data sources and research method, as well as the key results and principle references. Authors should identify multiple keywords in their papers and indicate the track. Applications which do not contain the main thesis of the paper will not be accepted. The final decision as to which paper will be accepted as plenary or track presentations will be made as a result of the review process. Authors may submit more than one paper but only one paper can be accepted as first author. However, this author can be a co-author of two other submitted papers as well. Papers will be evaluated by the committee and authors will be notified of acceptance/ rejectionby October04, Full papers should be limited to 15 typed written pages in length with spacing 1.5, (including tables and figures) excluding references. (Any paper exceeding the specified limit will not be included in the review process.) 8 2016 ICMR-2015 Superior University, Lahore - Pakistan In this modern era, challenges and opportunities go side by side. But with the implementation of research in all areas, these problems can be tackled and opportunities can be utilized for the welfare of a country as well as for the globe. To overcome the issues of global village, The Superior College held 6th consecutive International Conference on November5-6, 2015 with the collaboration of IESEG School of Management, France; ICMR, Italy; Turkey; and the Italian and French Embassies.The theme of the conference was Green Economy in the emerging markets-renewable energy role in sustainable development of emerging markets. In addition, researchers from all over the world, academicians of different local and international universities, representatives of French, Italy and Turkey Embassy, political personalities, industrialists and CEOs of national and multinationals, businessmen, heads of the corporate institutions and research scholars were present in the conference and shared their experiences, expertise and knowledge. In a welcome address, Pro Rector the Superior College, DrSikanderKhan,greeted the worthy guests and participants of thisseminar. Moreover,he highlighted the role of research inlocal and international industries andresearchers inthese emerging markets. He focused on the research culture and shared his views regarding the new challenges and issues in this century and gave the solutions of these problems in the light of research. The chief guest, Ahsan Iqbal, Federal Minister for Planning and Development, truly appreciated and acknowledged the committed efforts of administration of the Superior College for promoting research and developing positive image of Pakistan around the globe. He said, The 6th International Conference confirms the dedication of the Superior College and it gives a platform to share experiences and research based work and coalesce it into one whole complimenting and reasserting. Discussing the theme of Green Economy, he further added, The Green economy will help in checking the pollution and damage that create hazard effect on clean environment.

9 Afterward, the Chairman, Superior Group of Colleges, Chaudhry Abdul Rehman in his speech expressed his gratitude to chief guest, Ahsan Iqbal, the French, Italian, Turkish, Australian and Iranian Embassy for their support in organizing this conference. He also thanked otherguests,diplomats, delegates and researchers. Furthermore, he shared his views on the burgeoning issues of climate transitions and to echo about sustainable solution to overcome the coming changes. He said, Today the world is at a difficult crosses facing environmental challenges; therefore, we organize this conference to highlight the environmental issues and their possible solutions. The aim of this conference is to provide a platform to the researchers across the globe to present their findings for climate change awareness and enlighten the society with the state of the art solutions. I hope that this conference comes up with some concrete solutions to make this world a superior place to live. The conference consisted of plenary sessions on diverse tracks, symposia and practicumplaned to share thoughts and research discoveries. Nationwide as well as Worldwide speakers shared their ideas in panel discussions about Green Economy and explored the practical remedies, environmental risks and ecological changing patterns. Another promising aspect of the ICMR 2015 was its Pakistan, France, Italy, and Turkey.
