Thought Inspire Subliminal Series A Revolutionary Neuro-Audio Technology For Your Mind Case Study Leigh Schaffer, Project Manager and Freelancer North Carolina, USA

Subject Name: Leigh Schaffer Occupation: Project Manager and Freelancer Location: North Carolina, USA Leigh is a project management specialist who has extensive experience in the corporate world. She works on tasks across all management levels of various organisations, making quick decisions and producing excellent results. Because of her work, it s important she stays in tip top mental condition to make sure organizations stay efficient and profitable. A subject like Leigh is a good subject for Thought Inspire because here we can see if the audios improve her work performance, but also work to improve any other areas of her life too, like relationships with colleagues, friends and family and overall life satisfaction. We put Leigh through her paces with 10 days worth of Thought Inspire listening, split up into 2 tracks and 5 days of playing for each track. The subject had to listen for 30 minutes per day and also record various things like her confidence state prior to listen, any changes she experienced from listening (at any point during the day) and her overall satisfaction with the audio. We then end by asking her a whole host of questions to get her final opinions on how things went. The table on the proceeding pages presents a 10 day case study of two Thought Inspire audios used by Leigh for a period of 30 minutes each. This 30 minutes is more than enough time to create strong results and most users of Thought Inspire notice results within a few days at most. The reason we used two audios is to see what changes can be created from consistent exposure of the same subliminal suggestions over the course of a full 5 days. We then alternate and provide a second audio with slightly different subliminal suggestions (of the same type) to assess any differences in gains. The suggestions Leigh receives are therefore the same every day for a period of 5 days maximum, giving the

audio sufficient time to mature in results and form solid mental structures in her subconscious mind. The answers given by Leigh are based on her subjective experience, so all of the information has been provided by how she felt and how she believed the audio was working for her. As is the case, every individual is different, and this is the beauty of an individual case study. The most important thing is how Leigh - with her unique brain structure, life experiences and incumbent belief systems - would react to the audios. This ability of Thought Inspire to tailor itself to the specific brain-complex of the individual is what allows for profound results to be created, and this is one of the key issues being investigated here. Limited controls for this study also allows us to analyse the real-world application of Thought Inspire, which a strict control situation does not allow. Here is a list of the information which is being investigated in this study: 1. How the subject reacts to the Thought Inspire audio 2. How the subject, with their subjective opinion and individual brain make up, feels about the effectiveness of the Thought Inspire audio and what it is doing. 3. Whether, in the opinion of the subject, the Thought Inspire audio is working or not 4. How the effectiveness of the audio changes from day to day. Does Thought Inspire become more effective as the days go on? 5. The overall satisfaction of the test subject The subject would input their results in a table every day, detailing their overall confidence levels before playing the audio. This was done so the audio playing itself would not directly skew the confidence ratings. They would rate this on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest. The satisfaction rating of the subject was also investigated, which is their subjective opinion on how well the audio was working. The suggestions played to the subject s subconscious include the following:

I am confident I like myself I believe in my abilities I am highly capable I am worth it I feel good about myself I feel great I am positive person I am optimistic Table Of Results Scale: 1 Feeling very unconfident 5 - neutral 10 - excellent confidence Notes for the table are included on page 3. Track 1 is used for 5 days (A days). Track 2 is then used for 5 days (B days). Day Exact time the audio was used How confident do you feel today in general? (on a scale of 1 to 10, before audio playing) Any confidence effects you noticed at any point during the day (e.g more talkative when talking to others, productive at work, energy, motivation, different mindset). A1 4:40PM 5 Was less stressed and more relaxed today What emotional or attitude changes did you experience (if any) Satisfaction Rating on overall audio performance (1 to 10, 10 being highest) Any additional comments? (e.g didn't do anything, noticed some changes later in the day, made me feel bad, felt a sudden burst of energy, felt more in my head during the day etc: Be honest! Normal 8 Did not enjoy the water sounds at first; however, was okay with them as audio progressed.; Found myself engaged in negative self-talk later in the day so immediately ran over to review the confidence messages

A2 9:10AM 5 Very talkative to others at a trade show Very nervous at end of day think this was situational as opposed to being related to audio A3 9:15AM 5 Able to be calm and relaxed at a social type event; Asked questions when exchanging phones and saved over $300 A4 1:05PM 6 Great conversations with people including doctor s offices and government office s able to get questions answered easily and effortlessly A5 7:50AM 7 Very relaxed and confident in interviews (one phone interview and one inperson) B6 12:50PM 7 Did not accomplish hardly anything on my to-do list today. Not sure if related to the audio or if just one of those days. However, I was very relaxed and okay with it not upset and frazzled as I normally would be. B7 7:40AM 7 Was able to speak up and disagree with others assessment of a situation without second guessing myself B8 6:05AM 7 Had a very relaxed day relaxed 8 10 Amazed at how fast the time went by when listening to the audio. The 30 minutes finished and I found myself wanting it to go on for longer; Near end of day found myself worried about money think this was more situational as opposed to being related to the audio. Calm and relaxed 10 Woke up worried about money; Calm and relaxed 10 Very easy to listen to; Goes very quickly Very relaxed 10 Was being called today for job positions that are extremely good fits and sound very interesting; locations are not ideal 8 Can hear words being said at the very beginning of this track. At beginning of track, water sounds are slightly distracting but at the end very enjoyable. 8 Even though it was a very tough day found myself appreciating when others were doing their jobs and able to compliment them. Able to take positive action to resolve situations phone calls, s, etc.

B9 8:55PM 8 Very productive day 9 Did not listen to audio until the end of the day. B10 1:30PM 8 Productive day relaxed productivity 10 Found myself saying to myself I fear, I don t trust then I thought about the affirmations included in the folder and realized I didn t have to think this way and shifted the way I was talking to myself.; By this point I was no longer distracted by the water sounds at the beginning of the audio We also asked Leigh a number of questions about the audio use. These are answered only at the end of the study. Below is the question and answer session: 1. In general, do you feel that you have become more confident over the 10 days? And if so, which areas are you more confident in. Definitely. More open to opportunities as they present themselves and easier to engage with others. 2. Do you feel that you are more talkative, assertive or more social in any way? Yes. I am asking more questions in different situations. I have been out with new friends. I feel that even when I had very stressful days I m not taking it out on others (i.e. cashier at the store). Instead I am smiling and engaging with them and thereby making us both feel better. 3. Do you feel that the audios had any effect on your work or work productivity in any way? I am currently in a place of transition regarding work as my latest contract ended a few weeks ago. I am trying to decide whether to take a new position or to try to make a living as a freelancer or something that provided more flexibility. During the first five days I was getting calls about very exciting opportunities and submitting my resume for them. I also got input concern how to get a lucrative freelance position going which I plan on acting on this coming week.

4. Based on your use, what did you like about using Thought Inspire? Please state for both track 1 and 2. Very easy to use and listen to. Time goes by very quickly when listening to the audio. 5. Based on your use, what did you dislike about using Thought Inspire? Please state for both track 1 and 2. For both tracks when I first started listening I did not find the nature sounds soothing. They seemed a little harsh to me. However, as I continued to listen they actually did become soothing. 6. What could be improved in Thought Inspire? Please state for both track 1 and 2. Reminder to review the list of commands included on the audio at the end of listening each day. 7. Did any negative effects occur during or after using the audios? Please state for both track 1 and 2. Not that I can directly attribute to the audios. I did have some periods of worry and stress, but I do not know if these were related to the audios. I do know in at least one case I resolved the worry by thinking back to the list of commands included on the audio. 8. Which track do you think worked better for you? Which track was more intense in its effects? Personally I liked Track 1. I seemed to accomplish more on the days when I listened to this track (although I was very productive the last two days when listening to Track 2). I had two days while listening to track B where I did not accomplish very much. However, I was not upset or uptight about this which I do think was due to increased confidence from the audio. 9. As your opinion, who do you think and what type of person do you think Thought Inspire would be suited for? People who are already somewhat successful but want to be even more successful. Professionals, business owners, and entrepreneurs.

10. What was your impression of the website at What did you think of the claims behind the product? The website wasn t as flashy as I expected but I think the claims are very accurate. 11. Would you recommend Thought Inspire to other people based on your experience? Why or why not? Yes. I felt I got results. 12. Any other comments you would like to make: Really enjoyed evaluating the product and would like to do more in the future. Also, would like to see if the audio would help my son who has moderate to severe anxiety at times. Analysis Judging by the responses of the subject and a quick look at the table, it is clear that the Thought Inspire audios were creating a positive effect within which requires further exploration. The table below gives a summary of her satisfaction rating on the audio and confidence level obtained on a day by day basis. Day Satisfaction Rating (out of 10) Confidence Level Overall (out of 10)

Average satisfaction rating is 9.1 and average confidence level overall is 6.5. Highest confidence level is 8 and highest satisfaction rating is 10. The table above demonstrates that the subject was highly satisfied with the performance of the audio and achieved better levels of confidence on most days. It seems that from the first day, Leigh was satisfied from the performance of the audio throughout the whole study, but only gradually managed to see changes in her confidence level. This is normal because it takes time for the suggestions to penetrate and fully saturate the subconscious mind. Judging from the comments made by Leigh, alongside confidence, there seemed to be improved sociability, positivity and relaxation in the subject. This is because confidence is linked to many different psychological traits so the other areas of her personality also benefited. During the last few days of the study, the confidence and satisfaction levels reached the top end of the scale. It appeared that switching to track 2 maintained, and slightly enhanced, the gains. The graph below plots the results of the table above and allows us to see the results from a different perspective:

Satisfaction Rating and Confidence Levels Obtained Day 1 Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7 Day 8 Day 9 Day 10 Satisfaction Rating Confidence Level The highest gain in confidence was obtained on days 9 and 10 of the study. It appears that the confidence levels of the subject improved steadily as the study went on, starting at a low of 5, and increasing over the days of the study to 8 out of 10. This represents a 3 points difference. The initial low levels of confidence and satisfaction are due to the time taken for the subliminal suggestions to saturate the subconscious mind. The maximum satisfaction rating obtained was 10, held for 5 days (day 2,3,4,5 and 10). The maximum confidence level of 8 was obtained on days 9 and 10. The lowest confidence level was on days 1, 2 and 3. In regards to satisfaction ratings, for 5 days the satisfaction rating was 10 out of 10 (50% of days). On day 9 it was 9 out of 10 and on the other 4 days it was 8 (40%).

Changes in energy levels are typical of Thought Inspire gains as the subconscious mind releases blockages and becomes more flexible. Indeed, the subject noticed an increase in her relaxation levels and her level of positive thinking which helped her in her job search. The overall look at the results shows a high level of satisfaction and improved confidence.

Satisfaction Levels Baseline to Subsequent Days (points gain) Baseline here was determined as the first day of audio playing. As mentioned above, the subject s satisfaction ratings during the first three days of playing track 2 reverted to the rating level of the first day of track 1 playing. This then increased to the higher rating levels by the last two days of the study. The days 6, 7 and 8 therefore have the same satisfaction ratings as the baseline. 2.5 Satisfaction Gain On Baseline - Points Gain Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7 Day 8 Day 9 Day 10 Satisfaction Gain The chart above below shows satisfaction levels gain in points format from the baseline. 5 days showed a gain of 2 points and 1 day showed a gain of 1 point. The other 3 days maintained the baseline. The extent of the gains are best expressed in percentage format which forms the graph on the next page.

Satisfaction Levels Baseline To Subsequent Days (Percentage) The chart below shows satisfaction gains compared to baseline as a percentage. After the initial highest possible rating given on days 2 through 5, the subject started playing Track 2, reverting to the baseline levels before increasing by up to 12.5% and 25% during days 9 and 10, respectively. From the high points that were achieved almost from the beginning, there was a further gain in satisfaction levels % Satisfaction Gain On Baseline % 25.00% 20.00% 15.00% 10.00% 5.00% 0.00% Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7 Day 8 Day 9 Day 10 %

Confidence Level Based On Baseline For confidence levels, we will take the baseline here to mean the lowest confidence level the subject had at any point in the study. This differs from the baseline calculation methodology used in the Satisfaction Ratings analysis because confidence is determined through multiple diverse factors and independent of a specific date in the study. Confidence is determined by the self-concept of the subject, comprising their self-image, self-esteem, self-ideal and other self-perceptions. Such a self-concept is a mentally stable subconscious structure which does not change substantially with date (unless a strong enough stimulus, internal or external is provided to change it, in this case being Thought Inspire technology). The baseline cannot be taken as the average of the confidence levels throughout the 10 days as external stimulation is being provided through Thought Inspire to skew the results. We have therefore taken the baseline to be the lowest confidence level obtained at any point.

Confidence Level Gain On Baseline (Points) Confidence Gain On Baseline Day 1 Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7 Day 8 Day 9 Day 10 Gain Based on the baseline, the confidence level shows a maximum gain of 3 points. The most common gain was 2 points for 4 of the days (days 5, 6, 7 and 8). Days 9 and 10 showed gains of 3 each, while the first 3 days were at the baseline level.

Cumulative Gains The cumulative gains are calculated by taking the gains per day and then adding them together for the cumulative. Confidence Points Gain Satisfaction Points Gain B B B 2 B B 2 B 2 B Total Confidence Gain: 15 points Total Satisfaction Gain: 11 points Average confidence gain per day: 1.5 points Average satisfaction gain per day: 1.1 points

Positive Results Explored The subject experienced interesting results from Thought Inspire with dramatic changes in her confidence, levels of relaxation and positive thoughts and her feelings about various things in her life. To experience rapid results in such a short space of time is incredibly encouraging. Typically we recommend that Thought Inspire is used for 3-4 weeks minimum before considering the effectiveness of the program. In this case though, substantial gains were clear within the first week. The subject played the audio for the required 30 minutes per day. Therefore, she experienced high gains from the technology, showing cumulative gains of 15 confidence points and 11 satisfaction points (with all satisfaction levels ranging from 8 to 10). The subject expressed her satisfaction and stated her belief that Thought Inspire technology would benefit people who are already somewhat successful but want to be even more successful (such as professionals, business owners, and entrepreneurs). The subject also suggested incorporating reminders for users to review the list of commands included on the audio at the end of listening each day. Our comment is that people form any walk of life can benefit from Thought Inspire and it will be especially useful for those who have low levels of confidence or other types of limiting belief. The list of affirmations is always provided with each Thought Inspire package so subjects can re-align their conscious and subconscious minds together. The subject also mentioned that she had limiting beliefs about money and other negative emotions come up with Thought Inspire. This is a very encouraging result because it means the negative beliefs she had deep inside where being brought to the surface and into her conscious mind due to Thought Inspire. Once those negative beliefs are brought into conscious awareness, they can be neutralised and released from her mind completely. The subject probably didn t even realise she had these negative beliefs to begin with, but Thought Inspire forced her mind to release it s hidden negativity. Limitations Of The Study And Further Analysis Although the results of the subject are incredibly profound, there are key limitations incumbent in this study. Firstly, a quantifiable way to

accurately and metrically determine confidence levels prior to audio use and after audio use is difficult to obtain. This is because confidence is a constantly fluctuating mix of thought patterns, attitudes, habits, feelings and emotions. We therefore had to take a holistic look at the test results without pinpointing any specific piece of data as a confidence boost indicator or reducer. This has proven to be effective as the baselines used are key indicators created by the subject themselves based on their self-perceptions. Further analysis can also be done in determining and creating a pre-study baseline to determine gains over a wider and clearer timespan. This could entail determining the confidence scores of the subject one week prior to the case study beginning. Conclusion The results are excellent and are testimony of the effectiveness of Thought Inspire to improve your life. The emphasis now should be to cross analyse with other results, but also apply longer scale case studies that investigate the implications when the audio is used for long periods of time. This would require careful consideration of the different ways of measuring confidence or any type of subjective personality change through Thought Inspire.
