Don t take elig form with you turn it in before leaving - it will be used to determine first day attendance. 2) Must add this course through drop/add. Submitting an eligibility form DOES NOT add you to this course. 3) SDRC students Bring copy of letter by Wednesday Jun 28.

5 4) Do on-line practice problems first, then text problems if additional practice needed. Test and Quiz questions will be like the on-line problems. Web address is on syllabus and our Blackboard page. 5) NO Calculators, of any kind, are allowed on quizzes and tests. Please don t risk academic dishonesty charges. Prepare by doing practice at home without calculator. 6) Tests and Quizzes are not rescheduled, are not given early. Please check your personal calendar family reunions, etc are not considered excused absences. Test dates are on the syllabus. Summer 6-wk pace is very fast.
