1 Targeted Intervention Plan Sudderth Elementary Need: Index: Critical Success Factor: Annual Goal: The campus will implement a data assessment tool that will provide teachers with a process to assess student progress and make adjustments to the curriculum to ensure success. The campus will develop a process that will increase the vocabulary of students to increase STAAR scores. This process should include the verbs of the TEKS, academic vocabulary and common everyday words. 1, 3 1, 2, 3 1, 3 The campus will develop a assessment process that will allow teachers to effectively plan instruction and adjust the curriculum as needed. This process will also be used to plan effective, focused student interventions.
