5 Creativity is at the heart of culture, design and innovation, but everyone has the right to utilise their creative talent. 10 Profile Exemplar statements Transparency means users can overscore Identify areas in which they already perform well, and areas for self-development Measures: 1) Likert-type scale has been used for scoring each statement 2) To highlight overly generous scoring to individuals, the instrument offers some way of recording evidence in the form of examples 3) A return to the instrument after a period of self-development through workshops also highlights to individuals where they may have been too generous. It is known that individuals may tend to be more self-critical as they become more self-aware. 4) Some opposite statements have be added in to make the instrument less transparent.

Every student needs to understand what they are leaving university with not a certificate but an understanding of what is behind the certificate a confidence and knowledge in the essential skills students have gained and an approach to communicating this efficiently with employers. This course must become compulsory It has been a good workshop and has helped make me aware of being more specific and understanding my strengths and weaknesses as a person. I feel more confident in developing how I want to present myself, understanding the skills I have. Thank you.
