FMI s High performance teams programs help leaders or team members develop strategies to encourage commitment, cooperation and cohesion from the team. HIGH PERFORMANCE TEAMS TRAINING PROGRAMS FMI s are designed to help either leaders or team members to: Enhance knowledge about personal management, leadership and people management, operational management and change and improvement management. Briefing Written briefing for program mentors, sponsors and stakeholders to create support structures for participants Initial workshop Workshop to: Provide principles, practice through role plays, scenarios, case studies, group planning and preparation of selfdevelopment plans Receive feedback from facilitator and colleagues to further develop confidence and ideas on how to improve performance Leadership coaching sessions per participant Coaching sessions delivered face to face or by phone. Sessions are minutes in duration depending on number of participants Feedback Feedback sessions with workplace mentor and other relevant organisation stakeholders to support improvements to work Workplace application Completion of FMI Workplace Application Project to embed learning into workplace behaviour. 4 TAILORING YOUR PROGRAM HOW YOUR PROGRAM WILL BE DESIGNED FMI follows a five stage process in order to create and deliver programs for clients: Analysis Design Delivery Workplace action Evaluate ROI 1. Analysis: FMI works with the client to identify key areas for change to knowledge, skills and behaviours 2. Design: FMI s team of management and leadership and adult learning experts design learning solutions tailored for the client s needs 3. Delivery: FMI works with the client to deliver the program using the most effective methodologies and facilitators for that client 4. Workplace action: Learners transfer knowledge from program into workplace action, with the support and encouragement of their organisation 5. Evaluate ROI: The return on investment of the program is measured by tracking the benefits delivered to the organisation by the change in learner skills and behaviours and specific actions that were taken as a result of the program PROGRAM INCLUSIONS The program will include one or more of the following options: Training with role plays and practical activities to practise application of theory Coaching with scenario responses to generate discussion and thinking about how to respond to situations FMI Workplace Application Projects to facilitate research, skill development and application of skills in the workplace Learning materials designed by FMI to structure knowledge acquisition Follow up review workshops to ensure continuous improvement Ongoing communication plan to follow up with leadership and management ideas and tips Access to FMI resources DURATION OF PROGRAM A program can be delivered over a short, intense period such as two days or over a longer period such as 12 months. duration is dependent on program objectives, content and delivery style. INTEGRATION WITH OTHER FMI TRAINING PROGRAMS AND QUALIFICATIONS This program can be combined with a Nationally Recognised Qualification such as the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, Key Management Skill Set and Team Leader Skill Set. INTEGRATION WITH OTHER LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS WITHIN YOUR ORGANISATION This program can be integrated into other learning and development programs within your organisation.
