The way the salesperson that I spoke to - they do care the customer. It's not just about the sale but making sure they get what they're looking. It was scary as I was a first time home buyer but was a pleasant Just make sure everything is in order bee you move in. I am very happy with the service and quickness of they have provided my family. I will recommend them to any friends or family looking to buy a house. While the house is good, the process from start to finish was severely lacking, the disrespect from the sales team once we got into financing was appalling, the loan administration would not return phone calls, and it was pulling teeth to get a straight answer. They were very thorough with the entire building process from the date I went under contract to the final walkthrough. The... Taylor, in the sales office, was helpful in getting the whole process moving along and there was another guy, Kevin, and he really helped us get the VA side of it and was very helpful with.that. The process was easy and the house was finished quickly. makes the buying process simple. I would not recommend these homes. They are poorly made. Been here only 4 months and the issues I had brought up to the contractors was never resolved. The staff was very helpful and very personable through the whole process. is great. The loan officer was a little slow. I love my new home. The staff were great & the builder was so helpful. Best part me is the warranty they provide. I love that they go the extra mile to insure peace of mind the new owner & is willing to be held accountable work & services they provided. I definitely recommend them without hesitation. Everybody was wonderful and nice which made the wold deal a good one. Starlight made the process of buying a home very straight ward. Closing was rushed bee the home was finished. It really depends on the sale rep you get the experience people will have. This is an OK company 1st homebuyer because you get a lot. Our house is great, but take ever to get stuff fixed and follow thru from everyone. Also make sure they have all your paperwork ready bee you close. They... is very professional and very family oriented. They were easy to work with and made the purchase of a home possible at every turn.
