The crew arrived on time, worked until it was done and it took less time than I was quoted. They were efficient, cleaned up the mess. You would never have even known they were there. Sure hoping we were the one off case, but we had a project open 4 months bee the work was completed. The employee who was handling our project started off communicating with us well, however, close to the time of completion (after again being inmed of our long wait time) was unprofessional... I am extremely satisfied with the product. I could not ever imagine using another company but Mr. Roof. They did a superb job. It is a job well done. From start to finish, we were thoroughly pleased. They did a fine job on the windows. I had Mr. Roof put a new roof on my house. My homeowner's insurance paid it due to weather related damage.
