Thanks to Ricky and Larry who did a supurb job, and their project manager Joe, who made sure I was completely satisfied. Kevin was very helpful to understand what I did and didn't need! 4 Kevin Bostic presented appropriate solutions my project. Kevin understood my future plans and gave me solutions... We have had our replacement windows since June, Four of our windows had become streaked and/or "foggy", so we contacted the company and a company rep came out a few days later. I am extremely pleased with the service of the North Carolina Aluminum Company. The Aluminum Company of NC quickly responded to my call to replace the clips that enable the windows to be tilted. Ronald Clark, a very pleasant and highly professional young man, not only fixed the broken clips, and also checked each every window to make sure that they were functioning at the highest... I used the Aluminum Company new windows (February 2017) and sun-room flooring repairs.. The service and price both were excellent, and the work quality was outstanding. I recommend this company enthusiastically So I rate this company 5 stars. They sealed up some details. If there was a leak, they painted all the corners even though that wasn't part of the job. I liked their attention to detail. The overall project was done well. They went the extra mile. I would like to recognize George Berryman. I liked how quickly and efficiently everything was done. I am incredibly satisfied with their work. Jeff is great to work with and I love him! Aluminum Company has done my siding, windows, and special projects beyond my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any work done. We had a very positive experience with the Aluminum Company of NC. The quality, materials, and workmanship were excellent. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. I've had the Aluminum Company do siding, windows, and repairs on two houses, and I have received so many compliments on both houses. We have had some minor issues like fogging of the windows and issues in our screen porch. But Aluminum Company has always fixed all of our problems. We have had some minor issues but Aluminum Company has always come back out and fixed any problems. I think his name was Hall, he was the perfect gentleman and I enjoyed my connection with him and we had some good conversations. Their eft to be sure that I was pleased with the their quality and their workmanship.
