His standards were as high as mine. Great partnership throughout the weeks long eft. Had a couple of snafus early on, but luckily things worked out and I'm pleased with the work. Excellent results with good quality follow up during the final walk through. They were very professional, punctual, and did what they said they would do. This was the third time we utilized Exovations. In 2010 on our second home, in 2016 on our third home, and this year on my Mother's home. They were like a breath of fresh air who affirmed to me and my wife that construction truly can be done right--in a timely manor a fair price. Shout out to Jeff... I am very pleased with the design they came up with. Live up to their slogan about stress-free remodeling! They were very professional in their work and made sure it was done right and on time. Exovations recently painted the exterior of our home, and installed a new double-entry front door. We could not have been more pleased with their professionalism and excellent customer service. Our projects were varied in scope and would probably could be classified as rather routine, but successfully executing even the most mundane repairs requires good and knowledgeable people. We do recommend Exovations and think you'll have a great experience, as we did. They were very professional. They came when they said they were coming, did the job, and cleaned up. We couldn't be happier. I contacted Exovations after finding the company online. They came out and found a water issue I was having immediately and recommended exactly what needed to be done. They didn't try to talk me into anything unnecessary and I can honestly say this company does what their tagline says, On Time, On... i have had numberus contrzctors over the years and the best experierrence From start to finish the schedule was met, if there were any delays we were kept inmed and any problems were taken care of quickly. Chris, my project manager, kept in touch, the work went smoothly and the end result is lovely. However, I became aware of some issues. I contacted both Chris Stinger and Chris, the project manager on more than one occasion - including pictures of the problem... Comment from Ms. Kent - Our policy is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their final projects. In fact, our Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty guarantees just that. I'm sorry that your requests were not handled in a more timely manner, but we have addressed all of your concerns. Our Regional Project Manager met with you to go over your project. We replaced the necessary siding pieces and the affected portion of the garage door frame and then painted each replaced area. We were told that you are now completely satisfied. They were definitely not on time. It was a month overdue. The stress was free of charge. Instead of them managing the project, I had to look over them. They almost installed the wrong windows, it was very stressful. Comment from Yes, on-time, on-budget, stress-free remodeling experiences is most definitely what our processes and our people are focused on delivering, but perfect we are not. Follow-up happened according to what was planned. Exovations did a great job building our enclosed deck. It was a great investment because our family spends time out there daily. I would like to thank, they were very timely and Mr. Collier was excellent and kept me inmed. The crew was great and they cleaned up the area very well. The scheduling was adjusted due to rain, but they called me early enough to not waste my time. There was good communication. Josh came back because there were a few areas that could have been a little better, but he came out immediately to see. They... Great job all around! Completed the project quickly and professionally.
