Three different people or crews failed to count and measure my windows correctly. I signed a contract a high quality of windows, only to have to go with a much lower quality when it was discovered that the original sales person, with whom I signed the contract, didn't count 10 windows and failed... I would never recommend this company to anyone ever. We had nothing but issues and problems and the entire project was a nightmare. Do not choose Champion any of your future projects. We were sadly disappointed. They also have horrible customer service. If you are willing to pay extra a high quality 3 season room and aren't worried about any kind of timeline as to when the job will start and how long it will take to finish...then give Champion a go!! Jul 25, 2017 Awesome professional job ty Great quality windows! They did a very nice. Very timely and good quality. I had a tough old house to put siding on and Tony is a masterful genius. I'm a contractor and I know he did a great job, he stuck with it and treated the house like his own and that's a testament to how good of a job he did. Communication on status of job was poor. Subcontractors cement pad were not timely or professional. I was very satisfied with the job and how everything looks and functions! Rochester in ; Tasnim I. They were on time and easy to work with. Everything they did from scheduling to completion of work was great. Oct 21, 2016 They did a great job and I would recommend them. I feel more could be done to explain the ins and outs of the financing program. I like the windows, and they were on time. They did the job very well! I am very satisfied with the job they did. I only had one window done but I am considering having other windows done and I would definitely use again. They were excellent and I was very pleased. Great product, real professional people to deal with, and installation was on schedule! I have yet to go through the full four seasons so can't speak drafts, condensation etc but in summer time it's great. Greatest failing is customer service. I had to call repeatedly to try to find out when the project was starting. The... This is the 2nd house we purchased the Champion windows. Keeps the house cool in the summer, warm in the winter, and very easy to care. We were first told a schedule, then were called to set up a time. After a few calls we went back to the original schedule and it was never held.we ended a family vacation 3 days early to come home the window installation only to find out the scheduler never made the change.
