Feb 28, 2018 Thank you building our new outdoor space! Luxury Homes in ; Feb 10, 2018 The work was kept right on budget which was a happy surprise. The design process was enjoyable and easy and we felt extremely supported by staff. We felt our project was important to Metke and our questions were always answered quickly yet thoroughly. 2 Janet S. Feb 10, 2018 B.B.E. Aug 14, 2017 Scott M. We received constant support throughout our master bathroom remodel. Staff was pleasant and professional and the work was A+. Very happy with out results! I highly recommend Metke to anyone looking a contractor to remodel a home. This was one of the smoothest and most professional remodels I've been a part of. Metke Remodeling is in our neighborhood, have done much work in Lake Oswego and the Metke's are friends of our family. Metke Remodeling has worked on our home twice in two years. We would always entrust them to do any and all projects at our house. They are the ultimate professionals in their field! We give Metke Remodeling the highest ratings in all ways! I appreciate how the project manager, Roger, sent a daily regarding the status of our job. Because of his , I always knew what to expect each day and there were never any surprises! Roger is very professional in his customer relations! Working with a great designer, Heidi who is knowledgeable with all the new items available on the market. She helped us see the end result bee we even started. The project contractor Roger was able to answer questions as we went along since we had a few problems that showed up as we were dealing with... Luxury Homes in ; Our friends had Metke remodeled their Portland condo and the results were fantastic. Loved all they did to their place.highly recommend. Page 2 of 5
3 H.F.J. Ted H. Apr 11, 2016 Eric K. I would recommend Metke any home project with great professionalism and quality. The quality, communication, courtesy, and professionalism were outstanding. I was most satisfied in terms of the professionalism that they ensure they deliver what is on the drawing. If there was something we didn't like, and it didn't match the drawing, they just fixed it. There were no questions about if it was necessary or fine, they just fixed it. was very professional. One of the things I was very impressed with was when it came down to punchlist time, if there were any issues, they would always go with the drawing. They were very professional about the notion that we paid them to do what was in the drawing... I would rate this statement a 4+. They did an excellent job, even though I gave a couple 3 ratings on this survey. I am very very happy with their professionalism, and I would use them again. I would also recommend them to anyone. Luxury Homes in ; Sue S. Feb 09, 2016 is a fabulous company, and I would recommend them to anyone. Page 3 of 5

Metke Remodeling did an outstanding job us, and they were a pleasure to work with. They communicated well throughout the project, and their Project Manager supervised every sub-contractor and advocated us as if it was his own house being renovated. The quality of workmanship is very high, and... We were very pleased with all aspects of our remodel. We added on extra work as a result of our ongoing discussions with Metke and that was accommodated into the calendar. We would whole heartedly recommend Metke to any of our family and friends. I was satisfied by the day to day management with the project. The project managers do a fantastic job. I am also comtable with the quality of the work. I heard about them through word of mouth. Exceeded my expectations and the project came out great! Previous work done us Great work and a great company!did what they said they would do and they did an outstanding job! 5 P.H.S. L.B.B. Wilsonville, OR Jul 07, 2015 J.A.D. The project manager is great! They are very professional and honest with fair pricing! Sheryl Lynn is absolutely amazing! She sells the company! I would go back to them because of her. The project manager is absolutely exceptional! outstanding project manager Roger Staines Metke Remodeling did a super job. It was excellent. I am most satisfied with the quality and the appearance. I would highly recommend working with Metke Remodeling and Woodworking in terms of quality, comt in the relationship, openness to change, and overall satisfaction of job. They've done a great job.
