Chet and Greg made the project successful, along with the good craftsmen hired. I was most satisfied with the overall customer service and their attention to our wants and needs. Kliethermes helped me walk through the project. I think they are the best. They communicated very well. I have pets and they were very good about that. I was most satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. The KCR staff was outstanding, friendly, and took care of all my concerns. 1. The quality of the mill work was exceptional.2. Adhering to the project schedule by ALL of the subcontractors.3. Attention to details.4. The finished product was exceptional. The attention to detail and making sure they understood our needs in full bee proceeding. Each one clearly knew their job and conducted themselves well. We would particularly like to thank Mark. He is a great member of your team and kept me up to date throughout the project. You should be very proud... I heard about from my sister who had used them and had a good experience. No shortfall with expectations at all. We are very satisfied. We knew going into the project that Kliethermes was more expensive than other contractors (at least that was the perception we received from talking with other people), but we wanted a high quality team and that is what we got. It's obvious that Kleithermes is concerned with doing things properly and of the highest quality. No shortcuts, not workarounds just to save money. We know that they want the best product to have their name on it.we were very pleased when we inmed them that we needed to move in a week bee the... I was most satisfied with the carpenter that came and did the final work. He was good and diligent. He went above his duties to make things right. One of the subcontractors drilled a hole in the floor and he repaired the hole. The quality of workers is excellent. I just love my glass door knobs!! I love my counter tops! I love everything about the whole thing!!! I will definitely recommend KHR to all of our friends and relatives! Everyone we interacted with at the company is knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Thought "outside the box" in trying to help me solve my comt/temperature and window issues. They kept their word on everything they said. The communication was great. The salesperson and the project manager worked together really well and I always felt like I knew what was going on. We are aware that you have choices when it comes to choosing your customers, and we would like to thank you SO much all the time and work you have put in improving our home. We felt you sincerely cared not just about your work, but also the best interest our home. The representatives were responsive, polite, and down to earth.
