2 BCP Executive Board Welcome, Sandy Cosner, to the BCP Executive Board. You will make great secretary. Thank you to all the parents who were present at the BCP Parent Meeting on Monday. KUSD Art Show Below is a message from Mrs. Sullivan. I am excited to view all of our K-5 students art on display. Thank you, Mrs. Sullivan, for the hours you spent preparing our students for this exciting event. "Hello Brompton Families! I would like to invite you to the Brompton Elementary Art Show! The opening is on Sunday April 8 from :30 until 4:00pm at the Anderson Art Center. ALL elementary students will have a piece of artwork on display from April 8 - May 20. The gallery is on the second floor and unfortunately is not wheelchair accessible. Fliers are being sent home with your children, and all information is available on the art website! Come celebrate our student artwork! Hope to see you there!" I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Wisconsin Forward testing starts this week. I know our students will do very well. They have worked tremendously hard this year and have really grown academically.
3 Thank you to all the families that came out for another successful movie night this past Friday! A huge shout out to Christina Scarbalis for always going above and beyond to make each social event a memorable and fun experience for all! Next, we'd like to welcome Sandy Cosner to the Exec Board. She was elected as Secretary at our BCP meeting on Monday evening. At that meeting, we also learned of Amy's resignation from her role as Fundraising Chair. This leaves THREE positions open for nominations, with the hopes of electing parents into these roles at our next parent meeting in May. If you know someone who you think would be a good fit- or are interested yourself- please let us know! We would LOVE to end the year with a full and complete board in place!!! The duties and responsibilities of each of these positions are outlined in the BCP bylaws on the Brompton webpage. The open positions are as follows: - Vice President (2 year term) - Treasurer (2 year term) - Fundraising Chair ( year term) Mark your calendars for these awesome upcoming events: * Tuesday, 3/20: Dueling Restaurant Night!
