Also, the guy that works behind Kevin but I can't remember his name. I would like to recognize Chris Boswell his exceptional service. He was really on his stuff. He always answered my questions and never made me feel stupid throughout the process. He took time to answer our questions and if he couldn't answer his phone he always called us back. I would like to recognize Mike Houk, Kevin Watley, and LaShonda in the closing department. Those three went hand in hand to resolve any issues in a very timely manner. He was eager to make us happy. The office was professional, polite, and easy to work with. We did have issues with the plumber. We recommended they get another plumbing company. Everyday they had to come back and fix an issue. I would like to recognize Chris and Earl. They made sure all of my problems were taken care of. Mike was great with getting things started and was very knowledgeable when I first went. I would like to recognize Kevin his exceptional service. We were building from out of state so he stayed in touch with me by phone and and sent me pictures so I could keep up with the progress. He was awesome! They were all very professional and courteous, every step of the way. I am a difficult customer to work with. They were very patient and answered all of my questions. I would build with them again. They need to fix their flooring issue. is wonderful. I had a great experience the entire way through, but their flooring subcontractor leaves something to be desired. For such a professional company that did such an amazing job, I couldn't believe at how low quality the flooring was. If... Clinton Miller did a good job. During the building of the first half of the house, I could not seem to get anything done. They would have a couple of guys show up one day and then some days nobody would show up. They had time to get the house bracketed in bee the rain came through, but they didn't so a lot of stuff got wet. That... Butch Lewis did a great job. Everything went smoothly. The build got done quicker than expected. He communicated great and kept us inmed. I was able to text or call him any time I had a question. He would always answer me right away. I would like to recognize Kristen and Frank their exceptional service. Kristen is the young lady that works in the front office, and Frank also did a good job. William B. They did a very good job. Our home is beautiful and very well built. Kevin went above and beyond his job to make sure every detail was taken care of. The whole Heritage team made this journey a smooth one. Thank you to LaShanda, Joe and Kristen as well being so kind and helpful. We will love our Heritage Home years to come.
