They did a great job, were organized from beginning to end and cleaned up nicely. They answered all of my questions and put me at ease. Kudos to their staff and project management skills! I highly recommend them. The staff of was professional, courteous, and mindful of the disruption that a roof replacement can create a household. The Owens Corning materials and Klaus Larsen workmanship are superior. They showed up and completed the entire job in two days which was really awesome. We were worried they wouldn't finish due to snow being in the ecast but they came and worked constantly and got the job done. I was sold on Klaus Larsen because they were a Platinum Preferred Contractor with Owens Corning so I felt they received the proper installation training. In addition their price was competitive and all their employees were friendly. I was not impressed that no eman stayed on the job and that I had... I had coffee and cookies them, which they appreciated. They were excellent. Klaus Larsen did an excellent job installing my roof! They were very professional and courteous. I was really happy with. They are a good company and were quick and efficient. I thought they were excellent, they were very professional and really accommodating. They bend over backwards to make everything right. It was a good quality job, it was a little bit unorganized at the beginning with scheduling, but there was a death in the man's family who was scheduling. I would recommend them to anybody. They were very efficient. They clean up after and the yard looked cleaner than bee. They are phenomenal and the crew worked like little ants... Had two other estimates and all three were pretty close. Klaus Larsen was the only one to provide me with an estimate in contract m listing everything that would be done and materials to be used. The contract was clear and to the point. Company was referred to us by CTecSolar. Our experience was what we expected. Mike Feinberg from sales spent a long time with us educating us on their product and just all the components in roofing. I was surprised when the estimate was the lowest one by only a few hundred dollars. We received 3 quotes... MY roofing job EVERYTHING was DONE as Talked about From the delivery of the dumpster---- workers Start time TIME of Job completion CLEAN UP---- and removal of dumpster ALL... The folks at Klaus Larson did a major roof renovation including tearing down the framing and rebuilding the roof from scratch. Very pleased. The salesman and work supervisor were knowledgeable, courteous and answered all our questions regarding Owens Corning products and warranties. The crew arrived early in the morning and, after securing the huge netting to catch all the debris, started to remove the 2 layers of old shingles. They then... They go above and beyond on everything. My husband noticed some cracked fascia at the end of the job and the eman came back the next morning himself and fixed it us. He went the extra mile. The Klaus Larsen team helped us feel confident that we were making a good decision. They communicated with us thoroughly and we love our roof. Klaus Larsen LLC was wonderful to work with. From the first visit from Sales Rep Kevin Strid through the cleanup after the job was done my experience with Klaus Larsen has been a good one. Kevin was on time, personable and inmative.
