1 OLI We raise the Bar Oregon Law Institute of Lewis & Clark Law School Representing Elder Abuse Victims In 2011, 40% of the reports of possible abuse that were substantiated by Adult Protective Services involved financial exploitation and 30% involved physical abuse or neglect. Unfortunately, prosecution of such crimes is very limited and it is important for attorneys who represent vulnerable adults to be aware of these problems and learn how to address them properly. Our multi-disciplinary faculty will help you understand the issues involved and the available criminal and civil remedies for victims of elder abuse. Don t miss this opportunity to learn about the latest issues in this developing area of the law. Friday, April 12, 2013 Ambridge Event Center 1333 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Portland, Oregon 6.5 General or Access to Justice MCLE Credits
