Being an MUN debater is nothing less than an artist walking on a thin rope wanting to prevent itself from falling into political controversies, undesired crisis, territorial disputes and fiery allegations. 2 WE & OUR REACH Who are we Brainwiz is a students' organization, which works to enhance quizzing and public speaking skills among the youth. Based in Delhi, Brainwiz has been very successful in its endeavors for enhancing extracurricular skills among students through various quiz competitions, tie ups and workshops, making it synonymous with the events of various schools and colleges in Delhi NCR. Brainwiz successfully hosted its first ever Model UN conference, in October, 2011 and another session in October,2012; leaving a lasting impression of Brainwiz Model UN Conference as one of the best MUN conferences in the Indian MUN circuit. 3 The concept and our achievements over the years BRAINWIZ MODEL UN CONFERENCES Model United Nations(MUN) is an academic simulation of the United Nations wherein students come together to mock the proceedings of actual UN assemblies, playing the roles of diplomats from different countries. Brainwiz started its MUN Conference in the year 2011 and was acknowledged as one of the better Conferences in Delhi MUN circuit. Soon after the success of the inaugural Conference, Brainwiz MUN came back with a bang in the year 2012 only to be bigger and better. Involving students from Schools and Colleges, Corporates, Embassies, Universities, and Professionals, Brainwiz Model UN Conference has become one of the most sought after Conference in the Indian MUN circuit. After announcing associations with the UNIC, UNYANET, UNYSAB etc. Brainwiz plans to went miles ahead of other such Conferences in the year We have also had some great names attached with the Conference over the years. 4 How are we DIFFERENT? Over the years, Brainwiz has become synonymous with perfection and class. Taking this reputation forward, we have put in our best foot forward to get the best possible people to be a part of the Conference and assist us in Brainstorming. Dr. R K Pachauri serving as the Secretary General of the Conference and learned faculty from the best schools in India coming together as the group of advisors will mean that Brainwiz Model UN Conference reaches all the heights it aims for. Secretary General Dr. Rajendra Kumar Pachauri has been serving as the chairperson of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) since 2002, which was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2007 during his tenure. He has also been the director general of TERI, a research and policy organization in India, and chancellor of TERI University; besides being the chairman of the governing council of the National Agro Foundation (NAF), as well as the chairman of the board of Columbia University's International Research Institute for Climate and Society.
