Mill Creek, WA Jan 22, 2018 The young woman who took care of this project showed up on time (the one time she thought she'd be late she called.) She knew how to use the equipment and managed to get a very large fan up the steps without damage to either the stairs or the fan! Also explained about how long it would take. Very happy with this. Jenkins took an unacceptable 2 days to contact me, after being engaged by USAA to conduct water mitigation on a burst water tank. This was despite giving assurances to USAA that they were going to call me immediately. The only observation I had is the furniture movers they used. When they moved the furniture out of the house, they didn't have enough people. They broke a leg on my sofa and scratched the floor. Jeremy, the superintendent, was very responsive to all of my questions and he helped me through the process and broke it down me. He made me feel comtable with it. I felt like I was in good hands. Woodinville, WA Dec 06, 2017 No one wants water damage, but if you get one I highly recommend Jenkins Restorations! I can not think of one bad thing to say about the employees or work done. We are 100% satisified with the work from start to finish. I got unprofessional service from 2/3 of the people I talked to. It was about severe damage to my house. I had to beg scheduling and figure out when people were coming. It took so long to do. Sometimes, they would ask to show up the day of, but, of course, I was work. All in all, it was chaotic. Jenkins failed to complete the work as contracted, and I am very disappointed with the results They started work on 7/28/17, and have yet to complete the agreed upon repairs to my bathroom. The project manager, Jermey Young, seems unable to fulfill his commitments. I do not recommend either him or his firm. The water mitigation segment of our restoration was totally satisfactory. The two workers responsible this task responded immediately and worked throughout the day completing what they outlined they hoped to accomplish. We were so tunate to have this team and would highly recommend them. Page 2 of 6

Clear communications about the process and expectations set appropriately up front. Two thumbs up! Jenkins showed up on time and did a great job in tarping our rood until our tile roofer was able to get to our home. I loved them, they were awesome. Our contractor was awesome, they whole thing was a positive We are 100% happy with the work Jenkins Restorations permed on our home in regards to water damage. From beginning to end they were professional, knowledgable, and took a personal interest in what we wanted done. We are completly satisfied with all of the work. Highly recommend Jenkins Restorations to anyone. Jenkins Restorations was very professional and most helpful. Every step of the way they answered our questions and walked us through the entire process in a way that made it easy us.. When our family of nine had to stay in a hotel a while during the work they also helped... I was very pleased. Things went very well and the representative was very kind and accommodating and I appreciated his efts. Jenkins Restorations was thorough, responsible, and did a great job! Jenkins Restoration employees quality people and they are very courteous! Devin looks like one of the actors from True Blood, and the guys who did the labor were kind and accomodating, even leaving the leftover paint they used. They were courteous, professional, and timely. Definitely a good Jason Newton, who is the PM on my project, has been terrific to work with. He is very professional, precise, and the critical piece of getting this bath room restoration finsihed and looking beautiful. He is very knowledgable about the construction industry and made many excellent reccomendations which we put into place. Page 4 of 6

Maple Valley, WA Jun 23, 2017 We are VERY impressed with Jenkins Restoration! Matt and Tim are excellent! Fantastic communication and wonderful completion. Our roof was wrecked during the snowstorm this year when the branches collapsed under the snow and left holes. Jenkins was hired by our insurance company and they did a topnotch... Extremely professional and courteous. They were always on time and walked us through every part of the process. Both Jarrett and Tim were exceptional to work with I would recommend this company because they did live up to their motto: "Restoring property and lives with a servant's heart." The Jenkins workman, David, was courteous, efficient and empathetic, and the Jenkins supervisor, Dreyson, was attentive to and understanding of my point of view and circumstances,... I believe David was the tech that came out and was awesome! The guy was super respectful, project was well thought out and completed in a timely manner. He had a strong understanding and vast knowledge, he's level of professionalism exemplifies what any company successful company seeks in their employees... Page 5 of 6

Jason ensured quality materials and workmanship, worked with the insurance company to ensure complete restoration. I have nightmares thinking of having to do this insurance,... We couldn't be happier with the quality of work our restoration. They put it back better than it was bee. Page 6 of 6
