We were very pleased on how the work turned out and how they completed everything in a timely manner. Overall the experience was very positive. Jennifer Runner is a fantastic designer and we highly recommend her. She took our every need into account and the space she designed has much improved the quality of life our family. Any challenges we faced were in construction and many of them were to... We are highly satisfied clients of Normandy. We would do this project again without hesitation. Leslie was creative and patient during the design phase. She really listened to our goals and our preferences and made the design process very easy us. Leslie laid out 4 different designs very early... We greatly enjoy our remodeled home. Our neighbors remodeled at the same time using another company. Normandy was better organized and more professional than the other company. Our designer and construction eman are top-notch. We've used them in the past. This is the second time that I hired Normandy Remodeling a remodeling project and both projects exceeded my expectations. We lived in the house through both of the projects and they did everything they could to accommodate me and my family. I highly recommend them! Jennifer, our designer, was wonderful. She was exceptionally creative, she listened to our suggestions and she helped move things along when work slowed a bit. She is an outstanding asset Normandy. Very professional. Very transparent. Our kitchen turned our beautiful, but of course with any project it took longer than we anticipated and little hiccups came up along the way. If you... We had an exceptional experience with Normandy Remodeling and we'd highly recommend them to anyone looking quality, professional, thorough and timely service. Working with the Normandy company was a very pleasant experience,no complaints. When there were things that went wrong, we didn't have to ask Craig Jeffers about it, or follow up, he took care of everything. Everything came out fine. Our remodeling of a 1905 kitchen started in Feb 2016 and ended in Aug In Dec 2016 the pipes to the sink froze and Normandy immediately fixed the problem, due to inadequate insulation and heating. In Jan 2017 the temp of the new kitchen was too cold and they installed an added heater. The repairman... Page 4 of 6

Time frame the project was 2 weeks bee the family came from out of state, they finished 6 weeks earlier. We had plenty of time the cleaning and decoration.mr Peterson was always answering our questions... I was very, very satisfied with everything about it. They're very reliable! We have remodeled rooms in our home bee, but nothing was as seamless and easy as working with Normandy! Leslie and Pete were wonderful to work with, great customer service and an awesome kitchen to show off! Normandy met and exceeded all of my expectations! Normandie builders is a great company. We would highly recommend them to you. They are very professional and friendly and easy to work with. My wife and I have done a lot of remodeling in our home. We have gone through a nightmare of bad folks who lied, didn't do what they said they would, tried to change the price after the work was done, left tools, ladders, etc in our home and never came back them and never finished the jobs----just... Apr 06, 2017 Jeremy was terrific, he knew what I wanted and accomplished it. Our designer was removed from the project after being our main point of contact. We made two payments to her after having multiple conversations on the project at length. Then, she was fired. This left no one at Normandy knowing the necessary details of our project as she didn't take adequate notes... Of all the bad news we'd heard about house projects and contractors, Normandy is fresh air. They delivered our remodeling project on time and on budget, which seems virtually unheard-of these days. Vince is knowledgeable and professional. Al bends over backwards to make sure he is communicating, knows... We were very pleased with the work that Normandy Remodeling did. Kathryn O'Donovan had great suggestions and her designs worked very well. Pete Juska responded to our questions and suggestions promptly and followed through on his promises. We would use them again future projects. My wife and I were satisfied with the remodel of our kitchen by Normandy. Laura Barber was helpful in suggesting the design and products us. Mike Karnas was receptive to our needs and questions during the construction. He answered every question and fixed every problem we placed in front of him... Page 6 of 6
