Every question I had was answered immediately or provided to me shortly after asked. The punch list and walk-through was done on time. JC Jackson is a Quality Driven Company and ultimately... The whole building process went well above my expectation I am a Florida contractor and been in the building business 40 years. From our first meeting with Jeanne in sales we felt good about Jackson Builders. The process went very well from start to finish. The on site supervision by Jason was excellent and he always returned my calls and followed through... We would highly recommend JC Jackson to build your home. There are so many things we love about our new home. They did a beautiful job. We are extremely satisfied. We give them 5 stars! very good builders tim and jason are very approachable easy to talk to and understand what you would like done when building a home. Ryan is such a sweetheart! If there was anything he could not fix or it was not his department he would direct me to the right person. He would always follow up and I appreciated that. Very professional and timely. All concerns were addressed promptly, all sub contractors were very courteous and always answered all questions we had. I have been very impressed with JC Jackson Builders. They have very honest business practices and have a great determination to provide a very high quality house done the right way. During building weather delays pushed the closing date back by a week which prevented the mortgage appraiser from doing... Overall, we have been extremely pleased with the product we received, how it was delivered, and working with the team at JC Jackson. The best recommendation one can give, is to ask a repeat permance. And we would be more than happy to let them build our next dream home. The builders were professional and courteous and the owner came down when we signed the house at closing. When we went to sign the house at closing, the owner of the company was there and that was truly professional and courteous and we valued that he personally came himself. in ; ; Adam S. My house is flooded with defects and they keep lying about making it right. Unlike a retail purchase, you're stuck with the house after you close. The build quality on this house is deplorable. I bought a house that was already built but I wanted some modifications. My offer was accepted and the changes were made bee closing in a timely manner. The house is beautiful and I will be very happy here. Great experience couldn't be happier with our new home! Would recommend them to anyone looking to build a house! Throughout my entire experience with JC Jackson, both Grant and Jeannie went out of their way to ensure a smooth building process. I'm very satisfied with my home, and I can't wait to show it to all of my friends. The builder even threw in a housewarming gift at the end. I only wish I could've met Jeremy,... The one "issue" we did have resulted in someone coming to check on it the very same day and then the problem was fixed quickly and to our standards. I found JC Jackson Builders to be very cooperative to making changes as I requested and they were very helpful throughout the construction period. We would highly recommend JC Jackson Builders and their staff their professionalism and quality of their product. We have a lovely home and it is being complemented by everyone who visits. I hate doing these reviews immediately following a purchase because you are always happy when you buy something, however this time I have to say that I feel confident doing the survey. High quality build, great comtable home. No complaints at this time. They won me over not so much with the model... My husband I love our new home! It is beautiful, well built and we have a wonderful new fenced yard to landscape. The whole process, from beginning to moving in, has been easy and problem free. The quality of workmanship, leadership, and staff were all extremely professional. I would recommend JC Jackson Builders to anyone, including my own family. I had an outstanding experience with JC Jackson Builders. They were a pleasure to work with. They were quick, timely and responded to any questions I had. Jeremy, the owner, even stopped by to make sure everything was top notch. They were able to react quickly with the modifications we wanted to the house and we were able to move in very quickly. I want to make sure that Jeanie is highly rated. The closing our house was an unusual fine experience to have the critique of our new home present to us the way it was presented to us by JC Jackson Builders. It was very unusually done and was very fantastic. I'd like to have that noted. It was just magnificent. I was most satisfied with communication with Mark and with Jeanie, who was probably in charge of sales. Jeanie has to get a gold star and a 5.
