2 EXPO 2015 News & Updates *EXPO 2015 will be held in conjunction with the Yavapai Fair at the Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo Grounds. This is a big step for Yavapai County and will be a very exciting time. With this joining, EXPO is benefiting greatly with the donation of all of the awards and judges, as well as many other items from the fair association. There have been many negotiations and EXPO is getting the opportunity to share the 4-H projects with the public and the 4-H families still have the benefits of a small county event. All 4-H members will be given wristbands to get into the EXPO common area that the public will not be allowed into, private parking, private concessions, and private bathrooms. These negotiations have been held with the EXPO executive board, Yavapai Fair board, PFD Rodeo board, as well as our 4-H Extension Program Coordinator Mary Jo Moncheski and County Extension Director, Jeff Schalau. For a presentation on how the event will be managed logistically you can attend the April 7th, :30pm EXPO meeting.
