The Sadhu Vaswani center of St. Maarten has great pleasure in inviting you to the second Sadhana Camp in the heart of the Caribbean. We all have fond memories of the first Camp held six years ago. Our revered Master, beloved Pujya Dada J.P. Vaswani who is an embodiment of pure love and joy has so kindly accepted our humble request to visit us here once again. This will indeed be a great opportunity for all of us to once again get together and bask in the sunshine of his peace, love, and joy. This camp will take place at the Princess Port de Plaisance Resort, St. Maarten N.A. from April 23rd to April 25th In the midst of the Caribbean waters and peaceful Atmospheres, we will all have a wonderful opportunity to seek Dadaji s divine blessings. We are very fortunate that beloved Dada is coming all the way to the Caribbean to bless us, guide us and lead us. In the words of our master, Dada J.P. Vaswani, such an experience will truly guide us Onward, Forward, God ward. So come one, come all and join us for an unforgettable experience and let Beloved Dadaji s spiritual gifts and pearls of wisdom, joy, and love fill our lives with peace and serenity. (Res.): / sxmsvcamp@gmail.com The Second Caribbean Sadhana Camp-2010 Friday, April 23rd thru Sunday, April 25th,2010 at Princess Port de Plaisance Resort Union Road, Cole bay St.Maarten, Netherlands Antilles Tel: Website: You are requested to reach the hotel on Friday, April 23, 2010 by 5:00 p.m. Camp Program Will Include Spiritual Meetings, Satsangs, Guided Meditation Question / Answer Sessions, Walk-a-Thon, Rest and Recreation. Camp activities are open to registered camp members only. Relatives or friends, dropping you off or picking you up, are allowed to come up to the hotel lobby area only. Checkout will be by 12 Noon on Sunday 25th April The resort that we have booked for the camp has different configurations of rooms with limited availability in each category. Details regarding each room are on the following pages. The total charges are based on the kind of occupancy that you choose, it will include the hotel accommodation for the Two nights and three days of the camp and all meals. Please note that registration to the Sadhana Camp is limited and rooms will be booked strictly on a first come first serve basis.

US$300 TWO ADULTS in one bedroom suite... US$350 THIRD ADULT in one bedroom... US$300 FOUR ADULTS in two bedroom... US$325 CHILD using in two bedroom instead of Adult... US$300 CHILDREN AGES 5 TO US$200 (Children under 5 years are not allowed) Avoid disappointment. We have limited rooms available. Respond immediately by handing in your registration form and check to your local Sadhu Vaswani Mission or directly to the SADHU VASWANI CENTER, P.O. Box No. 105, Philipsburg St.Maarten, Netherlands Antilles Your check and registration form must be received no later than March 31, 2010 Applications post-marked or submitted after March 15th, 2010 will be considered Late and will include a penalty fee of $50.00 per person. Late applications will be rejected if your payment does not include this penalty. Any application received after March 31, 2010 will be rejected & returned to applicant. Camp rules framed by the committee are being sent herewith. Please read these rules carefully before sending the application since strict compliance will be expected of all participants. 4 Hotel Suite Details Studio Suite: This spacious studio, which covers 520 square feet excluding the balcony. The living room and bedroom are combined in one area; Queen size bed with fully functioning kitchen. (Can be only booked for Single Occupancy or Double Occupancy) One Bedroom Suite: This apartment covers 727 sq ft excluding the balcony has master bedroom that is completely separated from the spacious living area. The living area has a pull out bed. It includes a marble bathroom, with a fully functioning kitchen. (Should be booked for Group of 3 or more Individuals preferably - ie: Two Adults with children or Three Adults with the use of the pull out bed. ) Two Bedroom Suite: This suite has two bedrooms which are completely separate from the spacious living area The apartment includes a pull out bed in living area, marble master bathroom, a second independent, bathroom and fully functioning kitchen. (Can be only booked for Minimum Occupancy of Four Adults, Children or Fifth Adult with the use the pull out bed) We apologize for the complicated booking price structure and restrictions, but the resort has limited number of rooms for each type of Suite, we are trying to do this so as to accommodate as many satsangis as we can. We find that many applicants ignore our instructions and fail to provide certain important information, because of which we spend valuable time making many long distance calls at a time when we get very busy with other important camp matters. Therefore kindly pay special attention to the following points: - WHEN COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM, PLEASE PRINT ALL INFORMATION IN BLOCK (CAPITAL) LETTERS ONLY. DO NOT WRITE IN SCRIPT SINCE IT CAN BE VERY HARD TO READ AND YOUR INFORMATION MAY BE RECORDED INCORRECTLY. - YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FORM FULLY. DO NOT LEAVE OUT ANY INFORMATION. - YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR PHONE NUMBERS, & FAX, IF AVAILABLE. - YOU MUST SPECIFY THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ALL APPLICANTS ON THE FORM TO THE MAIN FAMILY MEMBER (APPLICANT). - YOU MUST PROVIDE THE AGE OF EVERY APPLICANT ON THE FORM.
